you may call me any name u wish it doesn't make it so...it reflects on you and your upbringing..
side-kick to anyone, that i am not, i don't believe I have made any friends here as of yet.
you're kind of silly. notice the apostrophe in the correct use of you're.
other your - your nasty comments are noted and dismissed. Your opinion's are overshadowed by YOUR anger and resentment directed at persons you do not know.
Your defense of LOTUS shows loyalty - the only admirable quality I have seen you show.
The higher your horsey is the harder your gonna fall little girl. THINK, Just think about it.

perhaps this will help you dear.

Expressing Anger

The instinctive, natural way to express anger is to respond aggressively. Anger is a natural, adaptive response to threats; it inspires powerful, often aggressive, feelings and behaviors, which allow us to fight and to defend ourselves when we are attacked. A certain amount of anger, therefore, is necessary to our survival.

On the other hand, we can't physically lash out at every person or object that irritates or annoys us; laws, social norms, and common sense place limits on how far our anger can take us.

People use a variety of both conscious and unconscious processes to deal with their angry feelings. The three main approaches are expressing, suppressing, and calming. Expressing your angry feelings in an assertive—not aggressive—manner is the healthiest way to express anger. To do this, you have to learn how to make clear what your needs are, and how to get them met, without hurting others. Being assertive doesn't mean being pushy or demanding; it means being respectful of yourself and others.

Anger can be suppressed, and then converted or redirected. This happens when you hold in your anger, stop thinking about it, and focus on something positive. The aim is to inhibit or suppress your anger and convert it into more constructive behavior. The danger in this type of response is that if it isn't allowed outward expression, your anger can turn inward—on yourself. Anger turned inward may cause hypertension, high blood pressure, or depression.

Unexpressed anger can create other problems. It can lead to pathological expressions of anger, such as passive-aggressive behavior (getting back at people indirectly, without telling them why, rather than confronting them head-on) or a personality that seems perpetually cynical and hostile. People who are constantly putting others down, criticizing everything, and making cynical comments haven't learned how to constructively express their anger. Not surprisingly, they aren't likely to have many successful relationships.

Finally, you can calm down inside. This means not just controlling your outward behavior, but also controlling your internal responses, taking steps to lower your heart rate, calm yourself down, and let the feelings subside.

As Dr. Spielberger notes, "when none of these three techniques work, that's when someone—or something—is going to get hurt."

looks in the mirror and see's her beautiful self..examines bones for a bitchy one and can't find one...looks at big curly hair and says, "maybe it looks like my head is fat, but that's just my hair....scratches head and wonder's what mg see's when she looks in the mirror..the ugliness that pours out of herself daily....at some point in this life it comes down to what is inside...and that is what pours out. decide today to spread love, not animosity. Lotus knows the rules of God / Universe and Karma. Ask her mg and she will verify what I say is true and that your behavior leaves much to be desired. Ask her MG. While I don't really know you or care if you are on this earth or not either, you are here for a reason, growth is not an option it is the only option. I wish you no ill....I wish you to recieve some enlightenment today, that every path you take leads to yourself and that you can see very clearly that spewing hate is wrong and maybe make some changes, so that you can love yourself and only then will you be lovable to others and draw good things into your life. good luck.

Must have some serious weight issues if she's calling everyone fat. It's all good, though. We expect nothing less.

I have a son. Someday I plan to get married to someone who is not his father and have more children. I'm looking forward to it.

Mystic, I don't hate anyone. I don't even like to dislike anyone. I have tried to like you(not that you've asked me to; I'm already aware.)... you do have some admirable qualities. Why would you choose to say such horrible things instead of letting your inner light shine?

When I see you write that you don't care if someone dies, or you call people sl*ts and wh*res it makes me ill. Your words are horrible. You do yourself a great disservice.

Heh, MG, you sure do stick up for Lotus a lot...

Are you kissing her a$$? Are you perhaps... gay?

Oh, delicious irony! Sorry, couldn't resist to toss that one back at 'er.

You know what? (Oh and thanks and back)
I know you're just saying that to be clever and 'taste of own medicine' stuff, but I can't help it...
I had to go check it out ( under a previous username) and she's not fat!!!!!

Just needed to be said.

The very ironic thing is underneath that "How bout a nice big cup of shut the ____up" slogan picture, it said..
"Think before you say something stupid."
I found THAT quite funny.. circumstances etc....
She's just bored, and bored means b*tch.
No biggie.

Well, in all actuality, neither is Acoustic.

She isn't skinny enough to call others fat. I wasn't trying for cleverness.

Okay.. no one takes her seriously anyway.... I just didn't want any more fuel for the fire... You're right, she shouldn't call people names.....
No one should be insulted> I know, I know.... I have to follow my own advice too.

@ Johnny

(A woman thinner than her quite enjoys me, not that I discriminate on that basis. ) Of all the times I've called myself fat, no one has ever agreed with me. I'm not insecure enough to really let that affect me. The only person to comment negatively on my weight in years is a Sag who's a recent immigrant from the Phillipines, but he values me far more than he judges me being both an American citizen and a better musician.

Why does it seem Mystic Gemini is so angry? Cannot for the life of me figure out why 80% of her posts are aimed at hurting another poster? Oh well... everyone's different, I suppose.

This all started 2 years ago. So that's another reason why you don't know the whole story.

Aka doesn't concern you.

(She apparently means two years ago when she started attacking people as soon as she came on board here, and these people stood up for themselves and each other...I am one of those people)
I have been here since Aug '03.... so I have been here over two years... how 'bout you? I don't believe I've put up with you for that long.......

Wow this is getting ugly.... Lotus, why do you post messages with love and light and then call people cows and fools? Calling people names isn't showing tolerance and peace. I do understand that you would want to defend yourself, if you feel the need to do so. However, why do you have to use those words to do so?
Mystic, I haven't been around here long but I do like some of your posts. A lot of them have had good information, and you come across as very witty. Yet, I don't understand why you are so mad? I haven't been around three years, but I was around about a year ago. I didn't post back then, but I saw that you were having conflicts with Pixie and then you returned with another name. Despite those conflicts, Pixie was pleasant to you and has even given advice to you. So, why are you upset over a picture? You would be right in saying that its not my business, but seriously why aren't we all able to just get along?

Ah, Planet Soul, you're making a tactical error. Civility and reason might be effective against ordinary mortals, but you're going to need to break out the holy water for MG.

If you had some kind of blessed crossbow to administer it, you'd be even better off. Ever see the movie Blade?
