Anyway it is my second week and last night we did a group meditation to see if we could pick anything from a possible past life as a group. We all felt a blissful warm connection, sisters, family.

One of the women there I felt was our mother. She is a very quietly spoken gentle woman. I saw us as Quakers, a family of women,,,,no men anywhere (not like me at all hey)?

After the meditation I explained what I saw, but said I felt there was a crossover as I saw us doing Jewish dancing..I then asked was anyone aware that they had a Jewish connection. The dark haired woman said "I am Jewish". I then said "i thought you were either Spanish or Greek (she is very dark haired and dark eyed) and she replied "yes I am Jewish with spanish and greek blood.

I just wanted to write this to you knowflakes to say that if ever you feel strongly about something, it is so easy to dismiss it as imagination, and then one might not speak out of what could happen/or what may help another. Of course the messages may not always be what we want to hear!

I am beginning to tune in very deeply to myself and live the way we used to....

"Sean nos" they call it here in Ireland......."old ways". In some parts, it was never lost.

I feel we have a link...all the things you say about our son are correct. I loved what you wrote in GU about the US but am afriad your wisdom is wasted there....it falls upon deaf ears...I get a strong message there....sadly.....fragile egos and strong defence mechanisms...aaahh well one can but try.

Wish we had something like that round here!

I often get 'flashes' as I call them about how a situation is going to pan out. They appear like scenes from a film and have sound/moving pictures etc. It always comes true. It's that wonderful feeling of 'going into the gap between thoughts' as I think Deepak Chopra so cleverly describes it. Would love to develop it more though.

Do let us know if anything else comes out of your meetings, I'd love to hear about it.

I did some "tuning in" this morning and thought of a woman I had not seen for months. The message around her was illness...

So I was at the shop this afternoon and there she was in her car,,,,just out of hospital with a lung infection.....

We have become quite far removed from using this magic havent we and some would call in coincidence, but here in Ireland, people are very much in touch with their senses....

I am in the right place....

Ireland is rich in the "Sean nos", therefore it is more accepted than most places. Would you mind if I asked Randall for your email addy? I have a couple questions you may be able to answer for me.

I find the group thing great, cos it gives me more discipline and connection with others which I love......

You could always put an ad in the local paper or in the local shop and see who replies....

Its a really great way of connecting with our brothers and sisters....I am so pleased to be doing this again....Ive been involved in this stuff on and off for about 15 years or so, but had forgotten how special it feels....

I feel since I have been going to the group thing, the SPEED at which I can channel in messages, has increased by an incredible pace.

At one time I used to struggle with clearing my mind but now this is quite instant. I think this is down to our teacher being very strong at "guiding" us thro. She is also my best friend, so I get to see her a few times a week!!!

The other thing I seem to be more at ease with is showing my emotions with others. I cried all the way thro the guided meditation and didnt even feel the need to wipe away the tears....

I felt very liberated after that evening......

It feels good to stop "hiding" my real self away and to share my feelings and messages with others, and them with me....

I have found since attending that group, my spirit guide has become very strong....

He looks a little like one would expect Jesus to....long hair, beard, long robe, but very very strong yet gentle....

He takes me to a pool of water, where I sit with my feet bathed in it and then tells me how it is.....

The last few days have been a huge roller coaster ride for me....but healing and enlightening....

I have cried a lot and felt scared and vulnerable.....and oh my god my heart has felt SO much....

But its all good stuff....

Pixel, why dont I study the asteroids in your chart and post a short description, you can then correlate with what only you know about yourself, then apply the knowledge in synastries, transits and so on.

while meditating and visualising something calming, bring your entire body to a point of peace and serenity, during this meditation chant a single word of your choice whilst meditating, meditate for as long as you want perhaps all day, saying the word over and over again, what this does is condition your brain, literally hypnotises it so that once you say this word when you are fully concious it "tricks" your body and mind into going into a calm state, it's helpfull if you find yours-elf in a situation were you need to think cleary and to feel calm

i'll post further on this but through some martial arts training if found a way to channel ki through the use of a single word, just not to a great extent, as of the fact that hurting people doesn't interest me all that much
