I think you are being guided to do what you feel is right.

My mother passed over a few months ago. I was already very much into the spirit world, but am even more so now.

Do what you feel is right.

I pray a lot and ask for guidance....I have been told that most of my ancestors are around me.

I have read the guidance book in the kit but dont know if I am worthy of continuance as I smoke and eat fatty foods therefore am not toxic free.

Of course you are.

We all do things we maybe shouldnt...eat wrong, smoke etc.

Its only been the last 3 or 4 years that I gave up smoking and the booze a year ago, but I have always followed a spiritual path.

You are worthy, we all are....

Do what you feel is right...

I hope you enjoy her kit. I recently started reading a couple of her books after having seen her and hubby Steven Farmer here locally in CA.....she is very down to earth, and both have a great sense of humor.

Please don't think yourself unworthy. You are worthy. Just go with the flow. Watch for signs and pay attention to things.

I feel you should always live with a carefree existence regardless of what you do. I think that is the definition of Spiritual to me. To worry about anything is counter-productive and a waste of time. Life is for living. That said, there are always ways to improve your quality of life, and stressing is not one of them.
