They already do.
Been doing it since 1968.
But the lake is a favorite and even the sheriff's department noted it and the newspapers reported many sightings.
We've had the Swine Creek ones and others for over 40 years. So what?
They leave burn circles in fields and get a cow from time to time or drop seaweed on people's houses. Or a bear sighting will prove to be not bear fur stuck in a fence but something else.
In the 60s a group of red cigar shaped ones appeared during a blackout in Cleveland. Figure they were watching the river which caught on fire and burned for days.
Another fun sighting is when the moon is a crescent and a full "moon" appears at the same time.
We are used to them around here.

I thinking I've cracked it!

Humans only have "free will" when they have become SELF AWARE!!!!!

Self awareness is possessed in many degrees and different levels.

Until then, we are nothing more than complex animals, subject to our environments which effects the chemistry of our body and mind- as does genetics.

Unresolved issues only stay buried as toxins of the soul until they later resurface in undesirable ways; impulses that a person cannot understand the true source of and therefor does not have the skill required to rise above.....until something happens to help them and make them become self aware.

Solane, I agree with what you wrote I think. What I'm wondering now, in the light of all these words is:

Is it possible for those who do not know how or have the skill to clear these base emotions.....to have free will?

Or are they as puppets to the environmental and physical tides of life?

Just subject to its continuous ebb and flow,
unable to find the power to do anything about it??!

Or maybe I just think to much.

Time to put on some nice, relaxing comedy! Ahhh!

That's what it is really. Just one big cosmic joke. We really are a funny bunch at heart.

say we're on God path and he knows the past,present and future, so if knows our life before we're born then why send us to this exsistence, in short we're born and live the life he wants us to live no matter how hard we try to change it.

It would be nice to evolve some sort of telepathy of the heart; empathy. A feeling, knowing inside how we are all interconnected. Empathy/ love would be a a law in itself.
