In my opinion:It is all happening at once, but you will have to be specific about what it is that is all happening at once.
If you are speaking of the linear idea of time, then... yeah... there is no yesterday, today or tomorrow, there is just NOW.
I you are speaking of you personally, as a human being having multiple realities, then.... yeah... there are many you's who do not know that they are you.
I always say that, each person on earth is me living my alternate reality. I also always say that what "happened" is a figment of my imagination, and the same goes for the future, but that is easier to grasp.
For example: In this moment, I am the me that I think I am, but who knows what me I was in another moment (in another perspective)?
BUT...
The paradox comes in when I say that, there is many-one moments. If that makes sense. It all depends on how you view it at that particular moment.
So, yeah, there are multiple realities, but there are also no mutliple realities because there is only NOW.
Basically, this question can be answered differently depending on my mood. Today I feel as if there are many realities happening at once, all me but expressed differently through what we call "other people's lives".
Meaning: I am you, and everyone on Earth and beyond, but I just don't see it in this particular perspective, and might see it through trances and dreams and such. You are me and you don't know it. We are both living in the NOW simultaneously, at once.
but then, you could say that, this can not be because you are you, and I am me; and as I said, it all depends on where you are seeing this thing from (perspective).
