Topic: Why would a famous spirit guides choose you?

I am just wondering... I ask because I've always had a feeling about this famous person who died many years ago, that I'm connected to him. I've posted about this before and even posted astrology charts for him and me. I know it sounds absolutely nutty... but over many years of my life he's been in my dreams, I am certain that when I was quite young I saw his face reflected in a window (not too long after I heard of him and was drawn to him), and more recently I feel like he's communicating to me and is leading me to things. Very recently it seems as though he's come through in a couple of excellent psychic readings that I've gotten - he fits the physical description, and in the last one, he told the psychic that I know who he is (this is interesting because I recently asked him if he could confirm to me that he is who I think he is). There's only one thing I don't understand... why would a famous person choose *me*? Out of all the people he could attach himself to, eg his loved ones, why would he decide to hang around *me*? Would he have come to me when I first heard about him at a young age, as though I somehow called him to me, or what? I find it hard to grasp this idea that he would want to hang around me, although I've been 99% sure for years that he is around me and now I'm 99.5% sure in recent months... I feel like I would only be 100% sure if I could really understand the reasons why... I know I'm sounding crazy! But can anyone give me some insight on this?IP: Logged |

Why is it so far-fetched?Why would there have to be a special reason? The reason may be the same for "ordinary" people. Maybe you are in his family of souls. Maybe you were his mother, or sister, or dentist. Its not so hard to believe. IP: Logged |

We are all spirits of Light. We are all equal; we are all great. He doesn't see you as any lesser or better than anyone else. He chose you probably b/c he knows he can help you and you have that "special connection". Perhaps we are drawn to certain famous people b/c we can teach/learn something from them, some of them move us in certain ways, perhaps we had a past life or soul connection with them. Personally, I could never be famous. I believe that people who are famous have to be very strong inside, to put up with the public's scrutiny, judgements, and gossip. Clickity-click, LOL!Stephen, I really liked the way you said what you did... "family of souls" describes quite precisely a natural journey back to the flesh. It's a rather comforting phrase that resonates well... Jovette, *sigh...

If you have issues with others looking at you they are absolutely unfounded and absurd.

I even recall a moment not long ago of you being accused of being your own daughter! This youthful look is desirable in the celebrity business and perhaps you have some untapped potential there after all? I wouldn't be so quick to deny any thought of it. Celebrities get alot of attention towards thier areas of support ei. animal rights, etc. this could be a good thing, eh? ------------------

Interesting thoughts... thanks! With the window thing, I think I was about 13 then or maybe younger (I'm 32 now) - I remember seeing him in the window from out of the corner of my eye and was quite surprised! It was only when I was in my early 20's or late teens that I really started to learn more about him as a person. However he made visits to me in my dreams before then and I didn't know why, which is interesting... only in the last couple of years it's all been becoming more obvious, culminating in him coming through in these psychic readings I've been getting - the most recent one I admit is the coolest, with him saying that I know who he is. Good points about the family of souls, HSC - I like that. lol if I was his dentist, I must have been a GREAT dentist because in pictures I've seen he has fantastic teeth!  No wonder he digs me. Ahhh YFIS! Thanks for the link to jb1980's post! Amazing!! In one of my dreams, I took a message to my celebrity's father to let him know he was ok and happy... !
