The right kinds and forms of meditation is very helpful for that. You can directly hook up to Expanded Guidance and ask these under ideal conditions about this or that source, and get answers.

Anyways, I don't know who or what Ra of this material was, but I do know that many decades before this material came out, Edgar Cayce talked about a Ra, as a Soul that had lived a human physical lifetime as a holistic healer and spiritual teacher in Egypt (actually born near Turkey and Russia and emigrated to same).

This came up in Edgar Cayce's own "Life Readings" for himself, and Ra Ta/Ra was said to be a strong past life influence for him. Interestingly, his guidance very strongly implied that Ra would reincarnate in our times (and after Edgar died).

Incarnations however don't often happen the way that many people seem to think they do, including many folks into Cayce. Many think that there is one Soul that lives a life, goes into the nonphysical for awhile, then lives another life, rinse and repeat.

What I've found is that rather we as Souls, are connected to a more complex, expanded self we could call our Spirit level. This part of us, creates Souls on a as needed basis (these Souls are like individualized, freewilled aspects of the greater self). Literal, direct reincarnation of a Soul is not the norm and is actually somewhat rare. Souls can and do have that option however, but it seems that many, once having had a human experience is like, "nope, no thanks, not anytime soon". (exception being a very immature group of Souls that constantly cycles in and out).

However, as mentioned, Cayce's guidance seemed to strongly imply that the Soul who had lived the life of Ra would directly reincarnate. Here is the direct excerpt from the reading. In a reading about ancient Egypt, the Great Pyramid, the helper Soul group that had incarnated then, etc and for a reading requested by Edgar himself, his guidance stated:

"Is it not fitting, then, that these must return? as this priest [Ra was the High Priest of Egypt] may develop himself to be in that position, to be in the capacity of a LIBERATOR of the world in its relationships to individuals in those periods to come; for he must enter again at that period, or in 1998."

Ra was originally christened Ra Ta by his mother, which translated to two meanings, "Sun brought to Earth" and "first white" (according to Cayce's guidance, Ra Ta was the first, blue eyed, light hair, fair skinned Germanic Caucasian body type in the earth. He was born roughly around 10, 600 B.C.).

But later on, after his regeneration, he changed his name to just Ra to better match his energies with the Sun.

I don't know if these two different sources are referring to the same Ra or not. Either way, I lean towards Cayce's info likely being both more helpful and accurate, and if his guidance is correct, then Ra has already reincarnated.

At his oldest he would be 61 and at his youngest he would be 21. This is because the future "period" that Cayce's guidance most often referred to is the testing and preparatory period from 1958 to 1998.

It's interesting how his guidance double qualified it though. "for he must enter again at that period, or in 1998."
