Hi, I am a 4 person. Born on the 4th day.How many other 4 & 8 people do we have here? What other ways are there to counteract the downside of being in the shadow of the numbers 4 & 8? (Besides the ones suggested in Star Signs,) but for the sake of knowledge and sharing maybe it is better to share those here too for those who don't know. IP: Logged |

Hello, It's nice to meet you Lara.
Though I wonder if we should be talking to eachother, seeing that 4 & 8 together are potentially fatalistic. lol jks. I doubt that applies to communicating across a message board. Being an 8 person do you find that life tends to be filled to many obstacles and hardships? IP: Logged |

Yes, I know what you mean. The first portion of my life was hard to endure, yet somehow I survived through it. In the midst of all that I remember feeling a comforting presence near me from time to time. Almost majestic, warming my heart and my soul & giving me a sense of hope that it wouldn't always be like this. And I was right. Whoever or whatever that was...I'm sure greatful. IP: Logged |

Hi, it's nice to meet you guys. You know the other night I was talking to someone about how influences to help counteract life's harshness might have only a mild effect for some and more for others. I think this mostly likely depends on a number of things: what debts must be paid and to what degree they have to be experienced for each person. Some are here and experiencing hardships for another reason. They have a higher purpose and must endure hardships because it’s part of a much bigger plan, to help prepare them for what they have to face here on Earth. Some things just cannot be avoided no matter how hard we try, but I believe that it is possible to lessen the degree of karmic debts to be experienced and the lessens to be learned. I’ve also come to the conclusion and I truly believe that the only way to free myself from this sometimes cursed 4 vibration is to follow the path of the spiritual seeker, to seek and find myself, to ascend and become free from the karmic chains of oppression in my life. To learn to forgive and forget when someone or something commits a hurtful and cruel act against me. It's a chance to break the vicious cycle. There is no other way to be free of it. This is also a test to dig down in one’s heart and find the will and a way to forgive and release the past. Let it go! For I know if I do not...life surely will find even crueler ways to make me open my eyes until I finally see what it is that I have to do. Based on my experiences I had finally come to this realization and it was a hard truth to learn.

Hi Blue_Rain,I'm a number 8 (born on the 26th) and even at 27, i've found a lot of things to uncannily apply. I resonate strongly with what you have said about the repeated hard knocks until you open up & take your lesson. Also with a feeling of being 'protected'. To the freaky extent where an ex boyfriend commented on it. There have been certain situations in my life where i'd have gotten screwed save for the intervention of whatever has been protecting me. Not like i was up to anything major - but culturally, it would be unacceptable. I've also been duped royally by aforesaid boyfried who i dated for almost a decade & who is born on the 15 which Linda said an 8 person should beware of. That aside, it bothers me that 8 people pay a high price for love. Another thing... you know how some people are just sheer lucky? I've never been one of those- whatever i have acquired, i have REALLY had to earn. But i look at the positive & think that atleast it does come! I know certain people who work as much or harder and have worse luck where they don't reap a reward. I read Star Signs in November & can't say i haven't been a tad dissapointed. Why couldn't i get an easy number?!!! I'm still trying to figure out whether the Law of Attraction is bigger than the number influence. Linda does say yes rt? Now if only that would be a breeze! Yes Blue Rain... it's never-ending!!!!!I find my 7 heart worse though... that is a really lonely and harsh number to live with. At least 4 is a builder number and 8 is a money number! IP: Logged |

Well, it's good to know that we're not alone in this. As long as we have our faith and don't allow anyone or anything to take that away from us then that's our most powerful tool against dark forces and eleviating karma's heavy burden. So long as we have that, we should always be able to receive that extra help, guidance and support from the higher forces. Always keeping a lookout for messages from the universe, wether it be in a dream or a message on t.v. concerning a particular question or crisis solution, or just a warm, comforting presence. We're not alone. P.S. The vibrations of numbers have an influence on the law of attraction. Everything has it's opposite: negative = positive, positive = negative. This includes numbers. IP: Logged |

Hello Blue_Rain I was born on the 17th and am an 8 born. I have found my life hard at many points but I found out that Karma is not punishment and rather a Teacher which has helped me be happy no matter what happened in my life. Whichever thing went wrong in my Life, it has taught me something utterly valuable and and every curse or adversity was actually a blessing in disguise. Yes, in my experience I have seen it every time that being with 4 borns have increased the amount of trouble or bad luck in my life. Most of the time my ties with 4 borns were temporary so they passed away after the lessons were learned. My mom brother is a 4 born (31st). Earlier in my life I had seen that because of him I had to deal with more trouble than necessary but as he is also interested in metaphysics we are best friends and soul mates (who have helped each other grow spiritually through numerous incarnations) so we were always very close by to have the 4-8 vibration to do it's mischief but still as we have become more enlightened, have been more and more forgiving, have loved deeply and tried sustaining the love the fetters of Karma seemed to have loosen really a lot and now we don't really seem to have much of a problem anymore and we have become used to dealing with Karmic debts... now it's exciting because it seems like there is so much to learn from every adversity. 3 is my lifepath number 5 is my expression numberadd them together, and they equal 8 which is my maturity number. Your Maturity number indicates an underlying wish or desire that gradually surfaces around age thirty to thirty-five. This underlying goal begins to emerge as you gain a better understanding of yourself. With self-knowledge comes a greater awareness of who you are, what your true goals in life are, and what direction you want to set for your life. This, in a nutshell, is the gift of maturity: You no longer waste time and energy on things that are not within your own special identity.
No matter what your age is at present, your life is being channeled in a specific direction, toward a very specific goal. That goal can be seen as a reward or the fulfillment of a promise that is implicit in your current efforts, often without your knowing it consciously. While the characteristics of this number are usually visible during childhood, we tend to lose sight of these aspects until later in life. But our lives are always being affected by this influence, nonetheless. Your Maturity number begins to have a more profound impact on your life after the age of 35. The influence of the number increases steadily as you grow older. As you mature, you will grow in success and financial reward. You will find yourself deepening your commitment to your work. You will find it easier to overcome difficulties that manifest in your path. Your capacity to use power will grow; you will be recognized as a pillar of influence and dependability within your community.
You will have to be strong and self-disciplined to avoid sudden painful material losses. Beware of ego-inflation, the surest symptom of an imminent fall. The 8 Maturity Number requires a certain degree of detachment from material success; otherwise it will rule your personality, and make money an obsession. Detachment allows you to remain focused on the higher values of mankind. One of your important motivations should be a desire to build, create, or market in order to enjoy the game of business. Your wisdom and sheer common sense are recognized by many and will attract important positions. It is possible that you will be given responsibility for the care and management of other people's property. You may also be asked to guide large institutions. If you already have several 8s in your chart, especially in the core numbers, you will have to guard against selfishness, accumulation for the sake of status, and greed. If you have few 8s in your chart, or none at all, your opportunity to achieve the success and financial independence is greatly increased. http://www.decoz.com/numerology-Course-15.htm Raymond

I'm an 8 when I add month/day/year. However, I was born on the 2nd. So 2 = Moon and 8 = Saturn... opposition. In my chart I have Moon opposite Saturn 0* orb. I have Cancer on my 2nd house cusp and Capricorn on my 8th house cusp (although my Saturn is in Leo and my Moon in Aqua). I feel like all these oppositions somehow show me more of my 8 energy. In work, I typically seem to start at the bottom and take the time (Saturn/8 energy) to work my way up the ranks. When things are difficult I proceed to do them until I succeed. I am extremely hard on myself.cat lover (I'm one too!) that link didn't work for me. Maybe you need to remove the "<br/>"... stuff? ------------------ `Who are you?' said the Caterpillar. This was not an encouraging opening for a conversation. Alice replied, rather shyly, `I--I hardly know, sir, just at present-- at least I know who I WAS when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then.' ~Lewis Carroll (Formerly known as Hexxie) IP: Logged |
