Who have you been reading lately, Mannu? I notice youve been speaking of this Eastern/Western, Female/Male mind a lot. You seem hooked. Care to share more?IP: Logged |

Sure no problem I shall be glad to share. The world needs Buddhas words. It will always be eternal but we may die. Many will find eternal life after reading those words and we should spread it.Re. the male/female thing Osho has spoken about it in many books. I did post the free online version "the mustard seed". Recently, I am completing his "Vigyan bhairav Tantra". Its based on shiva sutras the links of which is also buried somewhere here. Heh don't read too much of his words -- you will waste your time if you only read and never practise. (*added later*)But I think there are some people in the west, when they read or hear without ego -- the very understanding of what they read brings them to enlightenment. In the west I have seen people settle on their sexuality by the time they are in their 18s or even earlier. Its something like in spirituality --we should know what type is our brain , etc etc. Are we attracted to sufism or zen or tantra or patriarchical religions Judaism, christianity , etc..

Thank you for sharing. It seemed familiar but i couldnt place where i'd heard about it before. Thought maybe it was along the lines of what Patanjali speaks of the union of sun and moon...? the male/female & no-mind...or the merging of prakriti with purusha? I agree, Buddha's word is important. IP: Logged |
