Topic: Is it possible back in time and change the past?

Hi all. Im new in this forum and I want to make some questions.Since time is an illusion and everything is actually happening at once. Past, Present and Future coexist So, would be possible travel back in time (with an astral projection, for example) and stay there and change that moments again Let's suppose that someone wants to move to 2006, 2007 or 2005 to change the past. But that person want to live again those moments till here (11-07-09). Would be possible change the past at all like that Thanks in advance. IP: Logged |

Hi and Welcome Sepultura!!!If my thinking is correct this is possible but it's like a split off of our experience and plays out in a parallel life. Ofcourse we don't know for sure (unless we do know for sure) if time travel is possible how this works and we could even be reliving the same time loop over and over again with oursleves coming back from the future and making conscious changes each time to create the changes we see evolving around us. By astral traveling, you can change what's coming ahead in your life, as you were able to view ahead and, therefore, know what's ahead--The same applies to charts, reading, etc... the purpose of these divinations are to know what's ahead or could be possible-- and since you know what "could be," you have the power to change it-- Then, again, is always mind over matter

Well, philosophically spreaking, there are a lot of paradoxes - you might bump into yourself, or your dad before you were born, etc, and influence the present (think Back to the Future  ), but other than that, yes, time is an illusion. Some movies wake up at the end or which events took place that were very real (I'm still trying to understand Donnie Darko - I have a new theory everytime - the same with Momento). So in a short answer, I'd say no - that you live now, BUT you could astral travel back and see events and wish they were different (like Scrooge?). And see, this is where I think de ja vus come from. They're images you've seen from the future, that you run into now. If you went earlier, you may have changed your fate, and hence you wouldn't see any de ja vus. That said, I haven't had one in a while, and think it could be a result of being young. In any case, You could also send images from your past as seen in the future, but you are always living now, regardless of what you "see". I hope I made some semblance of sense that is palpable in this plane  Heaps of Love,

I would LOVE to travel back and change things!!!! Who wouldn't? What about deja vu? It is so bizarre that when it happens, we brush it off and try and think of something else. What about seeing something before it happens? If we can see and change the future, why can't we go back to the past and change it too? I know this is a fantasy example, but the movie with Jennifer Garner where she was 13 going on 30? quote:
