Unmoved, what you described sounds almost exactly like a recurring dream I had in childhood, other than the eyes going black- I don't recall whether or not this happened in the dream, but the face would change slightly.

What does it mean???

The dream I had felt pretty scary. The presence or entity I sensed/ saw did not feel benevolent but maybe that was just my fear making me feel that way. It was as if- if i stared to long, the being would try to pull me in through the mirror, into another dimension!

mermaid and LEXX - the Neti Pot idea nauseates me. I don't know why, but it does. It's the idea of seeing my boogers floating in water maybe. But, I saw it being endorsed on a tv show called The Doctors some time back so it must be good for a person.

ltt - yours sounds scary, but maybe you felt fear because it was a much stronger presence than you were used to. Wow. Interesting.

It is not that nasty.
Actually, you blow your nose first!
Then use the neti pot or power flush,
and mostly clear water comes out and microscopic pollens and dust.
Then after that you gently blow your nose again and the yuckies need not been seen, just toss away your Kleenex as usual!
