"Yes there are, but you must be very careful!"

awsome, can you give a hint for a technique?

Early in the morning, in the middle of the night
Two men got up to fight
Back to back they faced each other, drew their swords and shot each other
If you dont believe my story is true, ask the blind man who saw it too :P

I have enough problems dealing with my current life without trawling through a eons worth of a garbage and heart-ache, perhaps when I sort myself out Ill be ready to dive into my past abit deeper

I like reading about others experiences though

I have to agree with Lei Kuei there. I just don't even want to know. Let the karma that needs to be solved be solved with minimal regression.

A psychic once told me that my second cousin and I used to be best friends for many, many past lives. The info felt right; the first time I met him, there was almost something magnetic between us...it was weird. She also said we'd been monks together, which I thought was pretty awesome. I have no idea if I was ever a man though, I never really had any inclination to one gender, just a bunch of phases. Even now I feel like a mix.

i dont even have enough memories for one life time due to severe emotional stress causing supressed memories as a kid so in effect i cant remember half of my own life

NickiG......
I would not pursue discovering your past lives at this time.
You need to live this life and explore it, not other lifetimes.

Yes, live your lives of now and if past life recall comes to you, fine...
but in my opinion, it should not be looked into until one gets a real grip on their current incarnation.

Even an adept as I am at this; can encounter big trouble from some past lives.
Not going into detail, but imagine remembering a past life, then suddenly having that past life identity take over, and you can only watch as it runs your body and you are a man from 1737 Scotland/Ireland
and you run out into the night, terrified by the electric lights and modern furnishings, only to encounter electric street lights and automobiles once outside.
Imagine huddling in a ball on the ground in sheer shock, in freezing weather, 1/2 naked
no shoes either, and seeing your body is not your male body, but a middle aged heavy large busted woman.
Imagine your rescuer having troubles getting through to you because you are not understanding English nor speaking it.
It took over 1/2 an hour to bring me of now back in to control.
There was much more, but suffice it to say, do not "play" with regressions because it can be dangerous.
