i'm not really sure what forum to post this in so i thought it best fit this one..

Ok, so the thing is i was doing some dice throwing or internal scrying, i guess, with my D&D dice with some questions...one was when i had died in one of my past lives and the date dec 15 1230 came up and what i found on that exact date was King Ottokar I of Bohemia....so any thoughts??

If you dont believe my story is true, ask the blind man who saw it too :P

Of course!
I have been mostly men!
However, without a memory/vision, some way to know from whence the king was from your point of view...there is no way to easily know if you were him or someone seeing him.

I was a warrior in several past lives because I have memories of battles fought. Our soul is androgynous: it has both male and female components and it is not just possible but also necessary to change genders between incarnations to see the world from a different view.

thanks for the input, and it makes sense...i somehow feel that this life is a "taking a break" kind of life..i feel lazy most of the time and feel that other people should just do things for me...like i was born in the wrong family and should be the queen of englands granddaughter or something, lol

I believe the soul is androgynous too. Seems like an ultimate goal to me ... to be balanced.

A link to an interesting read on such theory: http://www.amazon.com/Eternal-Quest-Joseph-Whitfield/dp/0912119004

I had a past life reading done by a well known writer who does them for a fairly expensive fee, however only part of it resonated....I was really hoping that if I was given some clues into my previous lives, it would help to stimulate my own genuine inner memories, however it didn't. The astrology part of the reading on the other hand was very good. She just didn't go into much detail on the past lives and I was really hoping for some insight into a few things.

I feel very connected to Native American culture but only boring British lives were mentioned. I definitely feel too expansive to keep choosing to incarnate in the same country like that. How dull!

I would love to know who my spirit guides are.

LTT, check out the Native American asteroids.

I have the asteroid UTE exact conj. Mars at 0 Aries which is why being a warrior resonates so strongly with me.

Its OK.
I just teased you because you were laughing.
Seriously though, I do miss being male.

If society were more accepting of physical androgynes/intersex, as myself; that would be very nice; and while not male, at least not seen as female either, but a blend.
I hate being referred to in strictly feminine terms, but alas, that is how most see me/think of me, who do not know me well.
And what terms would one use anyhow? Herm is one, which just sounds silly.

I believe that we all had pastlives as both sexes for the soul has no sex. I believe that we all had lived as different nationalities and ethnic groups too. The soul has no nationality nor ethnic group.

The soul transcends all that.

That's why I even believe that so-called twin souls could even be of the same sex and not necessarily the opposite sex.
Being of the same sex doesn't have to keep them from having a romantic relationship unless they identify with form to the point that they conform to society's norms as heterosexual person.

That's why I even believe that looking at homosexual indicators in Astrology make no sense. Should we also look at indicators for being psychotic even though metaphysical experiences tend to be looked down as psychotic experiences by many. See my point? I hope so. There is common sense behind it.

I know I was definetly a man, and I still feel like a more masculine person than a feminine one.

I've been told that I have too much female energy and have to work on my male energy

Maybe I had mostly female pastlives.

shrugs...maybe half my pastlives were female

maybe it's just my genetic high estrogen levels

My index fingers are longer than my ring fingers, and so I have the highly feminine ring finger, index finger ratios.

I seem to be the opposite of you in those areas.
So I do understand.
Also, my husband has high estrogen levels,
and is seen as too fem by some, even when he has a full beard and mustache.
Many of his past lives were female.

I had to have been a man in a past life. I never was your girlie girl type. Never comfortable in a dress. I don't even own a dress or skirt. Ever since I was a kid I am most comfortable in jeans. I can't function in high heels.
I do like to look nice, but it feels so off to wear a dress or heaven forbid nylons lol.

So where's a good place to have a past life reading done anyway? Always curious about that one....

Shaving and waxing and plucking.....why women have been conditioned to put themselves through such.

And boys/men too, being told not to wear certain colors and that they are sissies if they cry.

The world would be better I feel, if things were not so separated by gender stereotypes.

I do them, but rarely here at LL nowadays, except for
lightweight readings that I do for free.
The in depth ones I charge by the hour.
It is not for entertainment.
People have far more than simply one past life.
Many readers just hone in on one,
or worse, make it all up.
I work with each person to uncover the past lives which are important to their growth in their current incarnation.
It can be very time intensive, and usually done privately.
Beware of hypnotic regressions.
These rarely reveal true past lives.
Sometimes I get a clear spontaneous reading on a person's past lives, especially if I was there too.

See past life threads at LL.
This one was going well until drama hit, but otherwise an interesting thread. http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum2/HTML/001432.html

That was fun to read. I think I've read that before.

The past lives that I remember, I remembered on my own.
However, once (no, actually twice!) I did participate in this past life hypnotic regression thingy at a psychic fair.
The girl that was with me was a friend of mine, and the psychic told us that we were brother and sister in Denmark.
Well, my friend was younger, and blonde/blue eyed, and very feminine, and I just felt,... that the psychic made it up!

I don't know why, but it's the same feeling I get when I watch Sylvia Browne do readings sometimes.

One of the lives I remember, I was a Viking.
After having that memory, I did research into Vikings, but, strangely enough, I never had ANY interest in that sort of thing before I remembered it.
I'de always assumed I'de been Egyptian because I have always been interested in that culture since I was small.

But so far, no Egypt memories. *shrug*

Yeppers I agree.
I feel the Denmark could be right, but they made the rest up.

Sylvia is not what she purports to be.
I kind of feel sad for her.
However she is rich from her "tricks".

Good chance then it is a real past life memory!

Oddly, the things which repel us, or that we have little to no interest in, are often related to past lives.
Like "been there, done that" or "eek! No desire to go there again!"
quote:
But so far, no Egypt memories. *shrug*

That could mean you do not have any, or they are too disturbing.
Or you died at a very young age there.

I also feel that I may have been Native American in a past life. I do have family ties but not sure what tribe.
I have always felt a strong connection to Native American culture.
