I had one experience that I remember. It was a repititive dream in which I would pass through portals into another world caused due to me being obsessed with one particular video game day and night. I had just mastered the art of lucid dreaming and never let up a chance to change my dream state.

The second time I had this dream, the scene shifted into an old room and a man stood in front of me, wanting to kill me. I tried my lucid dreaming to defeat him but couldn't. He grabbed my wrist and I karate-chopped him but nothing happened. And then, He used a knife and slashed my wrist deeply. I woke up all of a sudden, clutching my wrist as a sudden pain shot through it which vanished when I looked down and saw there was no blood.

It was a warning of sorts to Be-aware and not be too overconfident of my strengths. Don't know if this would help.

Hi FrozenQueen, I was calm & relaxed prior to seeing him. I wasn't dreaming immed prior, just relaxing my eyes in the late afternoon/early evening upon arriving home. No video games or strange movies.

You can do grounding and meditation to strengthen your auric defenses so that you can protect yourselves from intruders
