Fan fairies????! Hahaha ok I'll take that. Faith NO I'm probably late like always! Yes I've checked out astrology 2.0, but I guess I picked the threads that were inactive. But, yes I guess we have to conclude it as fan fairies. I just feel bad that your youngest son has to be scared like that. Just a big flash of bright light out of no where. IP: Logged |

Hmm ... I hadn't thought of fireflies at all ... they are magical all by themselves, love watching them during the summer. But in my case the little dot of light was constant and not going on and off (something that would be consistent with a firefly having entered). This much I do remember ... as well as that the windows were closed on account of the a/c being on. Anyway, I didn't really give the incident too much thought even the next day except to be amused at my thinking that this was perhaps a tiny little fairy that had fixed the fan. Oh and I remember thinking that I no longer needed to feel guilty about not making the necessary phone call to the County to have the non-working fan picked up from the curb. That was one less thing I needed to do in those long sometimes 18-hr-packed-with-activity-days, lol. ------------------ I have a DO NOT DISTURB sign on my imagination ... because I want to frustrate the twins ... That's not what you said before, it's the government telling the business how to create demands, that's what matters." Me: ????[/B]

Hi Faith, Are you still on here?? Similar things have been happening to me in my house for the last two years, I see what I can only describe as orbs but lots and lots of them, sometimes everyday for weeks on end then sometimes I dont see anything for weeks, also other things like birds out of the corner of my eyes, Im thinking Im going mad or my eyesight is going funny or else yes I being shown into onto another dimension, Ive had psychic dreams for 10 or eleven years now but again the last two years my dreams are relentless, intense, strange dreams every night. I have gone through a depression also well more like a painful kind of transformation, I dont know if its all connected... Read the book by TJ Higgs about signs from the other side....S IP: Logged |

The dozens of such phenomenon I have known of/studied/researched/witnessed; were all; with rare exception; (as in others could see these things, not just myself or one person); well most were serious eye problems related to aging, disease, undiagnosed illness, and other explainable reasons. Not trying to rain on anyone's experiences; but I thought I was having various visual psychic/spiritual visual "lights" experiences; like several types for some 25 years. So very beautiful too! Well it ends up my assumptions have cost me part of my vision. I am partially blind and have had episodes of full blindness, the blurred out kind and the black darkness kind. If I had known these "lovely images, flashes, orbs, sparkles, ribbons, and all were precursors to losing eyesight in varying degrees; and mini-strokes, brain lesions, nerve damage; and so forth; I could have prevented some of the damage. If you/anyone are/is the only one seeing such beautiful visual phenomena; (oh they are indeed very very beautiful!) please please please have your eyes and other things examined.PS. These "lights" can come and go. Then repeat and go away again. This can as I have witnessed, go on for decades or more. IP: Logged |

Hi there! I also have psychic dreams occasionally. I think they may be unrelated to the little twinkles I see (which I've noticed are always out of my left eye, and are probably a sign of flagging health). But the larger bursts of light that I saw...and that my son saw...I think could have a "paranormal" explanation. Also, sometimes lights flicker around me, in a way the seems to suggest a "message." Once I was at the library, a huge place, and I opened up a book on psychics to a page about flickering lights being a sign from the spirit world. As I was reading, the light over me started flickering. It took me a while to register the odd coincidence. Then I stood up and looked around the library, where there were hundreds of overhead lights, and ONLY the one above me was flickering. So I conclude that lights do funny things, and maybe my sensitivity to spirit plays a role. But also, as Lexx said, I probably have a health issue as well. Sorry you are ever depressed! Maybe Lindaland can help you...the emotional support from this community can be very encouraging. IP: Logged |

Hi there Faith and Lexx,Yes Im going to have an eye test, have been thinking about it for a while, though I really dont think there will be anything wrong with my sight but all the sameIM gonna book one soon... My bedside lightbulb exploded last week as well as I turned it on, Ive never experienced that before, however I know its very possible to happen without paranormal activity. I reakon theres a possibility what youve seen are orbs or some kind of signs from the other side... its hard to gt your head around but if you can try and have a look at that book I suggested it gives good explanations on orbs and other stuff.... All the best IP: Logged |

@Snooks~ OK I will see if my library has the book! It's hard for me to have any kind of New Age books around the house as my husband really despises this whole line of inquiry, much to my deep sorrow.@mockingbird~ Things have been okay, thanks for asking! I haven't seen any of those big flashes in a while...but I'm at a different house than where they occurred. Weirdest thing that's happened lately was my son's remote control car running by itself. I will keep everyone posted! IP: Logged | |
