I got 14 for Sage and 11 for both Scholar and Artisan. I got a 10 for King.

As 4 me: as I wrote, in the beginning it actually felt more like a setback, because a) you will start comparing (no matter what is said about that's not what's it about & you shouldn't, etc.), but mostly I got discouraged because I apparently wasn't (am not) fully manifesting the soul age.
In a way, even if it can create understanding, it also felt a bit restricting for me...

What was helpful (to me) is the dividing in soul ages and what their main perspective of life is.

That's just my findings thus far.

It did help me because it helped me understand my energy patterns better. I would say don't be discouraged. Treat it as your guides or higher self encouraging you to reach out and grow. Sometimes it's societal, cultural, familial beliefs and 'ties' that hold us back the most.
