I got a beautiful one recently and a nice big bowl for her to live in, not one of those teeny ones they keep them in at the pet store. She's a spunky little devil too. Ive never seen a fish with so much personality. I think she was a dog in a past life. And I dont believe fish have 4 second memories after meeting this one. Her name is Bruce Lee and she's bright turquoise and raspberry. I almost named her Raspberry Beret because of the fuscia colored spot on her head, but stuck with Bruce Lee, my original choice.

Just bored here and have always wanted to talk about 'my pet'. Now I have one.....not the most exciting of pets, but a pet nonetheless.

hmm...just remembered a friend telling me that the ones with the big fins and bright colors are all males.
Well, she has a female soul to me.
....and a male name.

Whatever.

Congratulations! He must be a young, healthy one, to be so spunky! The last one I had jumped up out of the bowl when I offered food, because he was always so hungry! I put mine in a large vase. I disagree with those tiny little bowls. What kind of a life is that? I mean, I know they are "puddle fish" from ancient Siam, but that's because they got stuck in puddles.

Hey cool! I bought my neighbour one last year. I also agree about those tiny bowls...a nice big bowl is the way to go.
I have gold fish at home, and they have so much personality, and a huge memory.
Fish are awesome pets.
So glad you have one T! I love the name...lol!

Hi Nephthys, Yes! I think she's a young one. Mine always seems to be hungry too - the little pig cant get seem to get enough food. Must be a Taurus.
Whenever I walk by the bowl she swims right up and wiggles around wildly, like she's trying to get out at me. lol! Maybe I've energized her water too much. I usually infuse it with Reiki every time I change it.
I wonder if you do that too, SunChild?
I agree, fish are good pets to have. Though I'm looking forward to the day I can get a dog. A pet I can actually touch....and do things with.

Oh yes T, my fish love Reiki.
I even charge their water with a purple plate.
Their colors are bright, they are happy and they will live a long time I'm sure.

I just draw the Reiki Power symbole over their tank 3 times.

How do you do it T?
