The chip "makes sense" but it will be used for nefarious purposes, in the end.------------------

Yep, no government aid without the chip, including financial aid. And like many employers now require direct deposit (save the trees  ) many will require wages be paid via the chip. No chip no job. Still voluntary.IP: Logged |

The Bible says that the chip will not be Mandatory until the Tribulation, so we are close, just because the chip is here and ready to go. If you don't take it, according to the Bible, you will be beheaded.------------------

We are deducing the mark or number is in reality a chip. What I find interesting is 50, 75 or a hundred years ago the "mark" was thought to be something reflective of that specific time period. As then the end times was based on that periods events. And so it goes into the future...

The mark has to be a "thing" as it is required to buy or sell.

It is a "mark" on the actual person, as it says on the arm or forehead. It can not be "spiritualized" to be a concept. ------------------

Just throwing this out there:
http://www.theregister.co.uk/2013/01/09/texas_school_rfid_court/ I had to admit I was surprised when I heard Texas was pioneering RFID on kids as they're so phobic about the Mark of the Beast. I think Revelations 13:17 got mentioned at least as much as John 3:16 ('course Chick tracts were so popular, even among Baptists who normally held charismatics in contempt, though the Baptists did shy away from the more "demony" tracts). Texas is such that a classmate got out of doing a math problem because one of the numbers was "666" and a voting office in Houston had to be moved because people were refusing to vote there as the address was "666." So all in all I'm surprised that this was implemented, and even more so, that there aren't a lot more cases like this (though maybe the majority just went to homeschooling without calling attention to themselves, or maybe the current option is acceptable, for now). I will find the beheading tomorrow. The beheading may be for Christians in the Tribulation. I will look tomorrow.

In the Age of Grace, Christians will not be forced to take the mark of the beast, as no one is "forced" to, in the way they will be in the Tribulation. You have to understand Dispensations, which are different Ages, time periods with different parameters.Once the Anti Christ signs the peace treaty with Israel, the Tribulation begins. Prior to that, it is the Age of Grace, in which we are in, at present. In the Age of Grace, people are not forced to take the mark to buy or sell. In the Tribulation, they will be forced to take the mark. If anyone takes the mark, he cannot be saved!This is stated, openly, in the Bible. Hence, people who accepted Jesus during the Tribulation will be beheaded, as they will not comply. ------------------

Taking the chip issue off in a non Christian non religious direction devoid of a vengeful god and demons and a beast........
I could see it being like in some science fiction movies.
Nothing to do with religious beliefs or delusion or paranoia,
but instead folks not chipped would be outside of society,
literally cut off from society, faceless, nameless,
metaphorically "beheaded/dead" to society and commerce and all.
The underground people living off the grid and radar of society and having no traceable
identities;
living on the edge of society but not part of it.
Again, I do not buy one bit of the Christian mythos.
It is illogical at best,
and hateful and intolerant and condemning of like some 95% off humanity gloating in the eternal damnation they wish upon those who do not believe as they do.
Very ego elitist arrogant to say the least.
Not loving of ALL of humanity at all.
