I have studied/researched/experienced these subjects for decades.
Experiences began as far back as I can remember clearly,
like 1 year old,
so about 57 years to date.
There is in my view currently,
no such thing as the physical heaven/hell religious folks believe.
Think "Matrix".
Also most folks do reincarnate.
The other option is poof, gone.
