Well anyhow.......
I see no sense in wasting any more of my time here trying to make my points.
I damn no one,
no matter what they believe or not;
unlike some of you who do damn others who do not believe as you do.
So on that note;
God bless everyone (with blessings of the true God)no matter what they believe or not;
and good night.

I'm sure this wasn't AA's intention, but I'm glad this thread took this turn.

Sometimes I think Christians are soo serious all of the time that levity, and laughter, are needed.

A sort of Treuga Dei, pax potior bello

As an aside, there are 12 gifts of the Spirit, it always strikes me as odd that every Christian loves prophecy, but things like Hospitality or Mercy are simply never mentioned.

Funny that

Agreed.

"The truce of God, peace be preferable to war."
Indeed.
Hospitality, mercy, tolerance,
and love for all not just ones who believe the same.
When we make contact with any alien races out there in the universe;
it will be important to not preach narrow human religious dogma of any religion at them.

I've apologized for many many things in this life Lexxigrammar, the one thing that I do know is Christ was God in the flesh.

This after 3-4 yrs of such intense Biblical studies that a rational person would think me obsessed, there is no other conclusion to be drawn.

Yeshua did not lie.
The idiots who wrote the bibles were the liars out to make a name for themselves.
You can believe what you want but I will not blaspheme the good teacher with man made mythos and lies about him.
He did not die in a crucifixion, but lived to a ripe old age.
Christ was not his name nor a name.
It means anointed as were at least 16 other "christed" ones.
Yeshua was a good man but not god.
My deepest respect and love to him.

As to your biblical studies of 3 to 4 years;
well my studies in depth span well over a few decades to date; of many different versions of the bible and other so called holy books/writings.

I second what you're saying Lexx. Yeshua was a good man--he embodied love but he's not God. He demonstrated that we could be like him...anointed and enlightened. He was a demonstration of what an enlightened human should be.
