When lurkers and newcomers feel strongly enough to share their perspective it is more than welcome, it is essential to the heath of the board imo. Some of us have been on this sight for so long - 10 years or more! Old histories can sometimes mud the waters, and valid criticisms may be brushed off as unsubstantiated personal vendettas. When newcomers offer a fresh, unbiased opinion, that opinion should be carefully considered.

I hope that one thing most of us agree on is this: we want new posters and potential posters to feel comfortable. There are plenty of religious extremist sites available for those who feel morally obliged to condemn their neighbors in the name of God. Let's remember Randall's original Lindaland manifesto and keep this a place where we may debate passionately but "be courteous and respectful of others while doing so." It can be done!

This is a clear cut Freudian slip from the subconscious Mind which has already fantasized killing people for a religious cause. Very dangerous, there will be tragic consequences if this thought process is not healed. I urgently recommend psychiatric counselling. Only a friend in need would care. Ami Anne, you need to get help before you do further damage to your self and others. If I were a US Citizen, I would have alerted the concerned authorities for your own good.
