I did it today. I just surrendered myself to the universe, I was at a McDonald's Drive Thru, though.

Spiritual surrender ...

(music) Withholding Nothing (William McDowell, lyrics) [4:33] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZdnV75zIQUA

oops! editing back in. Withholding Nothing is a song that has lyrics from a Christian Expression. I often walk around my town, my 'hood, energetically surrendering 'all'.
The music is POWERFUL...

Happy 'Buddha' Full Moon in Scorpio today, for those that practice.

Thanks, Randall!

I realized that when I stress too much, and don't let God do his work, I become sick, or I bump into trouble.

I let God sort out stuff now!

The experience of Surrendering --
.. End Of Life experiences.

People in Hospice, interviews.

While their physical-body could not be healed,
their alive and very present emotional and spiritual selves were being supported, healed, prepared, and guided through the vivid dreams and visions they were having.

Thanks for sharing, mirage.

Those NDEs are something I believe are more than dream (though I expect some dreams near death or in a coma might be confused for a NDE), and I know one person who had one at about age 2 before he could've had the experience "suggested" to him (as one attempt to explain it away claims). He also saw things that were confirmed (oddly, his memory of that is clear whereas most other memories of the time are murky at best).

I've been musing on a lot of stuff lately on how odd and teasing a lot of the mystical stuff is, like why mystical trees tend to have 9 branches (and even the Kabbalistic Tree of Life has nine sephirot above Earth/Malkuth), and why various animal spirits of Japanese lore had 9 tails, and so on (and meanwhile there are many number tricks you can do with 9 that you can't with other numbers).

And now I wonder about how if when someone must "go back" but can't might account for the children who have vivid past life memories of someone recently dead (and, oddly enough, showing signs, like a child who remembers being shot to death having an odd birthmark where they were shot in the last life). Personally, I'd hate to forget all that I've learned in this life because I feel it makes me vulnerable, though I can imagine giving those memories up are a relief, and it does make it easier to learn without them.

What teases my mind is what do people see and hear with? People who leave their bodies (either in astral projection or a NDE) often hear a rushing or roaring sound like a great wind (which may be frightening or beautiful), and people can see. Why not see beyond the visible spectrum? Does a person need to die all the way? Or does it just not occur to them to try? Does our physical body shape an astral body? If so, that could help explain why someone who remembers being killed in the last life forms a birthmark in their new body where the trauma occurred.

I could go on about strange paranormal beings (the most comforting being those mysterious nuns, which may not have even been human, me and other runaways on the streets saw), but what it comes down is that life isn't just stranger than we imagine, but that life (and death) is stranger than we CAN imagine.

Btw, another odd mystery to tease the mind...
