Sorry. I have eclectic tastes.------------------ "The stars which shone over Babylon and the stable in Bethlehem still shine as brightly over the Empire State Building and your front yard today. I take it well, actually. If it's constructive, I try to learn from it. If it's mean, it just rolls off my back. ------------------ "The stars which shone over Babylon and the stable in Bethlehem still shine as brightly over the Empire State Building and your front yard today. I LOVE cheesecake.. I haven't had a slice in a very long time.. But I am very happy since I was able to take home some delicious carrot cake (another favorite) and very moist chocolate cake from Christmas at Dad's. Mmmmm.... I still have the big frosting cookie from my b-day. I am in sweets heaven!!! Still.. I am going to try your caramel frosting Randall.. In fact, my best cappy friends bday is Thursday so I might just make the cake with your recipe for frosting.. I hope she likes it even though my cakes ALWAYS come out lopsided (I know.. shake the cake pan... blah blah.. grandma was a baker and I still can't get it right). Hee hee... Mmm... carrot cake... I need a slice IP: Logged |

I should give you my recipe for red velvet cake. It's from scratch, but it's really easy to make. And the icing is even better than caramel...home-made cream cheese with crushed pecans. OMG! You have no idea! Seriously.IP: Logged |
