I have some questions, if you'd like to answer....1) How did you come across Linda Goodman? 2) Are you vegetarian? / What are the staples in you diet? 3) Do you read Osho? 4) Goals: What are you working toward? In you life and in you being? 5) Do you ever feel like just ending it all ---- like Linda said that sometimes she struggled with life.... ? 6) Why is your hair so long? Why is it that you say most of the immortals you know (including u) have really longgg hair, is it just because you all are loosing track of time?? 7) Do you exercise? 8) What do you and your immortals friends do together? 9) Do you spend a lot of time to yourself? 10) Own a clock? / Are you usually on time or late to appointments or meetings? 11) What do your family members think of you and immortality? They must notice that you're not aging..... 12) What is it about the place in which you live that keeps you there? 13) What are you favorite stores to shop at? (did someone ask this already?) 14) Did you used to do drugs or drink? 15) Does the economic crisis and the world we live in today affect you? 16) Who did you vote for? (Pardon me, may I ask?) (It's ok, don't answer if you don't want to.) 17) Do you feel like there is a difference between agelessness and immortality, and which do you associate more with? 18) 365 brand wheat square crackers with Tofutti Cream Cheese and Lightlife pepperoni is really tasty together, would you consider buying these items and trying it for youself? (go to Whole Foods) IP: Logged |

1) How did you come across Linda Goodman?I've always known of her as an astrologer, but the first book I actually read was Star Signs...and then I was hooked. I now have all of her books, but it took a while before I attempted Gooberz. 2) Are you vegetarian? / What are the staples in you diet? No. I prefer paper clips. 3) Do you read Osho? Who? j/k No, I don't. 4) Goals: What are you working toward? In you life and in you being? I am hoping to start a nonprofit (charity) next year. 5) Do you ever feel like just ending it all ---- like Linda said that sometimes she struggled with life.... ? No. Pursuing immortality changes one's perspective somewhat. 6) Why is your hair so long? Why is it that you say most of the immortals you know (including u) have really longgg hair, is it just because you all are loosing track of time?? Not really sure why. Just my preference. 7) Do you exercise? Depends on what you call exercise. LOL But seriously, I do walk a lot. 8) What do you and your immortals friends do together? Just the usual stuff other people do. 9) Do you spend a lot of time to yourself? I'm both a sociable person and a loner, so I have to balance the two. It ain't easy being me. 10) Own a clock? / Are you usually on time or late to appointments or meetings? Unfortunately, yes. Always early. 11) What do your family members think of you and immortality? They must notice that you're not aging..... I've always looked older when I was young, so it works out very well. But, yes, sooner or later, it will be problematic. 12) What is it about the place in which you live that keeps you there? Convenience. 13) What are you favorite stores to shop at? (did someone ask this already?) Wal-Mart!!!!!! 14) Did you used to do drugs or drink? Drugs--never. I've had a few alcoholic drinks in the past (very few). Just don't like the taste. 15) Does the economic crisis and the world we live in today affect you? Somewhat, but not as much as most. 16) Who did you vote for? (Pardon me, may I ask?) (It's ok, don't answer if you don't want to.) I see through Obama's facade, but anyone could've run on the Democratic ticket and won. 17) Do you feel like there is a difference between agelessness and immortality, and which do you associate more with? Yes. Immortality. 18) 365 brand wheat square crackers with Tofutti Cream Cheese and Lightlife pepperoni is really tasty together, would you consider buying these items and trying it for youself? (go to Whole Foods) Yes!

Here's mine:What’s your favorite restaurant? How often do you read everyday? Who was your favorite teacher? Have you ever studied martial arts? Ever studied Taoism or Buddhism or other eastern religions? Where’s your favorite place to go on vacation? Who’s your favorite singer? How did Lindaland come to be? Are there any other sites you designed? You once mentioned a Lindaland convention. Any news on that ever happening? Cats or dogs? How many friends do you have? Who’s your best? What’s your highest level of education? You got any vids on Youtube? Do you have a myspace page? Or flickr? Facebook? What are some of those real estate techniques you keep talking about? What’s your girlfriend’s name? What’s your job right now? How often do you go to the movies? What are some things you do for fun at least weekly? IP: Logged |

What’s your favorite restaurant?A smaller Italian chain called Carinos. How often do you read everyday? Not often enough. Who was your favorite teacher? Miss Shore in the third grade. Have you ever studied martial arts? Self-study and self-taught. Ever studied Taoism or Buddhism or other eastern religions? Yes, I lean toward Taoism. Where’s your favorite place to go on vacation? Atlanta. Who’s your favorite singer? Don't have one fave. How did Lindaland come to be? It was the result of strong disatisfaction of how others' visions of Linda were represented on other sites. Are there any other sites you designed? I didn't design Lindaland myself--it was just my mental picture that I conveyed to a web builder. I have a few real estate sites that I did design. You once mentioned a Lindaland convention. Any news on that ever happening? I hope to create a New Age convention instead, with Linda as the main focus (and have rooms for just about everything) called LindaCon. Cats or dogs? Definitely dogs. ARF ARF! How many friends do you have? Thousands of business contacts and students, dozens of fair-weather friends, and only a few close friends. Who’s your best? Can't say, as it might upset the others. LOL What’s your highest level of education? I have a Master's Degree. You got any vids on Youtube? Nope. Do you have a myspace page? Or flickr? Facebook? I have a MySpace page: www.myspace.com/bluejeanprince What are some of those real estate techniques you keep talking about? Too complex to list here. Maybe I will elaborate later. What’s your girlfriend’s name? We broke up recently. What’s your job right now? Self-employed. How often do you go to the movies? Not very often at all. I used to go weekly or more. Been very busy. What are some things you do for fun at least weekly? I'm a tv addict. LOL ------------------ "Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia." Both. Sell via Lease Option. You can collect a nonrefundable up-front payment (Option Consideration) of 3 to 5 percent, a premium rent, and top dollar sale price. The Tenant/Buyers will also be responsible for maintenance and repairs. ------------------ "Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia." Well that was something I had NEVER considered. Any pitfalls? Am I right in assuming that you basically act as the mortgage company and if they don't pay rent you can repossess? Is there a legal minefield or is it pretty straight forward? Oh and thanks Randall!IP: Logged |

No, it's not owner-financing, so no pitfalls. You would simply evict like you would any renter.------------------ "Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia." Charles Schultz IP: Logged |
