A long, loonnngggg period of too much Overtime at work is winding down now, so I have a bit more time to play and commune with my fellow LL-netizens :-))What is a "ScalyLionFish" you ask, with a bemused expression on your face?? (yes!! I can see it!! ) That would be: Sun: | Asc: | Moon: I plan on putting up some astro stuff here, some tunes there, some artwork, and maybe linking to interesting health info too -- but for now, I have to get back to printing and filing my tax return for 2008 (**sigh**) Welcome to my little corner of the Universe <3 IP: Logged |

Hi Z! So, do you think T Chiron opposing Natal Pluto, or Moon sq Mercury are the indicators for your coming out party? I chose the Atlantic version of a Lion Fish to go with the Pisces Moon but...perhaps the more colorful version would be a photo shop candidate?

Hi Missy Node Love the LionFish – thanks!! Astro?? tChiron opp nPluto, hmmmm..... possibly a factor. Actually, I think it's tPluto rx that kicked me into exposing myself You may deem me insane, but I feel fine about tPluto going rx. I *like* underground work If it has to happen, I *prefer* Pluto turning my emotional life upside down, instead of turning my outside environment upside down, merely because I have more control over remodeling in the interior Maybe the tPluto rx stuff is more comfortable for me because he's in my 12th natally, and I'm used to his covert operations – I don’t run anymore IP: Logged |

So far, so good, with Mr. Pluto squaring my quivering Venus in Libra..... What kinds of things were you feeling/doing with tPluto inching inexorably towards the trine with your Sun??tMars approacheth our Moons -- are you still good with that ocean-domination plan, and wresting King Neptune's trident away from him?? Or shall we just argue with everyone in our paths?? And the pSun appears to be just past conj with your nMars -- do we call you Lady Node now, Empress of the Culinary Kingdom?? (don't mind me, I've pMars only 6" away from my nSun ) IP: Logged |

Zala, so nice to see you!! as always...just wanted to chip in re pluto rx, which i LOVE! i was born with the little guy on my sun, so have learned to really enjoy his energy either way, but i agree, rx is fabulous, such an opportunity to transform your responses to things, and then when it goes direct you get to try out your new muscles! and since its opposing my chart ruler (uranus) right now that's no small bonanza...have fun with your taxes, i'm filing for extension only!! Hi kat, welcome to Madame Zala's Corner We could even do knitting here -- I *love* knitting -- really!! My mother taught me to knit and crochet, and it really floats my boat to pick unusual yarns, a spiffy pattern, and go to town on a piece There's something really therapeutic and calming about it..... Come join me, I'll make some kombucha + tulsi tea for us and we can listen to Keith Richards' tunes (but please don't make me listen to him sing) Ya know, Keith *is* one of the top 5 guitarists of all time and his licks have been a big part of the soundtrack of my life, but I really prefer Ronnie Wood (sacrilege!! ) Cindy Incidentally I Can Feel the Fire (you may note a rather famous Leo backup singer in that 2nd one…..) Knew you'd love that one. Here's another that has your energy about it: I'm hangin' in. Not really much new up for art....well, I'm not sure what you last saw. i've kind of momentarily slipped out of painting mode it seems, but will come around again soon. It comes in bursts of creative energy you know. It's all or nothing over here. I'll whip out five paintings and then be painted out for awhile. lol It will be nice to follow your creative pursuits here. What are you working on or into lately? IP: Logged |

What am I working on?? Nothing right now I have some necklace projects ready to go, but haven’t gotten the urge to string them yet…..Top to bottom, left to right: Blue dichroic glass, black onyx and a blue/black Venetian Murano silver foil pendant African painted bone and black onyx Freshwater pearls and green turquoise (one of my faves ) Green turquoise nuggets and heishi, abalone tusks and mother of pearl (the white is hard to see on the white background) Real stick coral with sponge coral tusks I like your pic of the Tree-Lady, T The lichen-covered bark and lily pads in a placid pond really appeal to me Of course, raging whitewater rivers and stormy oceans also appeal to me IP: Logged |

all these talented ladies! what gorgeous "stuff" tho the word is not sufficient really....and the lion fish is perfect for me, too, being lion with fish moon...i can see this is going to be a beautiful thread already.where is your pisces luna zala?? i love ronnie wood too, though he suffers from overplay sometimes, a flaw he shares with some of the all time greats, clapton being another..but when he's good he's very VERY good! and such a great energy onstage. YAY! Zala's own thread, coooooooool!!!!!Oh my god, the beads are gorgeous. Especially the green turquoise and pearls. Amazing, Zala. Good to hear that you're pulling yourself out from under the rock named "Work" And I can so see MVM pulling off that coral with her colouring. Get it bought girl! I was at a party where Keef was once. I didn't speak to him though. My ex's parents were his lawyers. I've got a pic of him with my ex, I don't know which one looks dodgier. I'll put it up when I dig it out. IP: Logged |
