Hi! Guess I should have scanned the website and did this part first. But whaddya expect from a person who never brings their swimsuit to a pool party, yet always comes home dripping wet. I used to come to this site about....I think in like `99? Under a different name, which I don't remember. The only user name I recognize now is Randall, but pardon me if I left anyone out. I guess what I want to say about me right at this moment (cuz it could change, like, really, really soon) is that I am a Sag sun with an Aries rising. In chinese astrology I am a fire horse, which apparently is a REALLY BAD THING if your a woman. Which I am. Sort of. I mean in my head I`m still 17. Some things never change. I grew up on the coast, lived in another coastal state as well as naples, Italy. So water plays a big part in my life. I refer to myself as a Beach B*tch, cuz when I go to see my family, I just stay on the beach all the livelong day, no sunscreen. Now I just moved to another part of the city I`ve been in for awhile, and the river is a block away. You can`t swim in it (just wait) but it's water, and for now, I just gotta accept that. You'll never find me at the tanning booth because I am such a sunlover, that in late march or early april, I will trudge outside with my trusty Mexican blanket and lay out in the sun, only exposing little bits of skin at a time. By May I`m tan. This water obsession is overlapping. I should be comfortable with other fire signs or air signs, but for the most part I`m not. I tell you I am a Virgo and Scorp magnet. sigh. p.s. when I did`nt live by any water, weird stuff would happen to me. In one house the water softener, exploded? My water bed flooded my bedroom, and the hose to my washer unhooked itself. Funny now, messy then. Light n` peace to all!

I like your philosophy about water and I totally agree. Do you have the space to make a container pool? You can just have one indoors in a half-barrel or something, with waterlilies and everything. It may do you wonders if that's the way you feel about water. I saw them everywhere in Thailand and they were like miniature worlds. Itry to find some pics.

Hey wheels! yep 1966. It says (a book a have) that male firehorses are great because they are extremely ambitious, but when a female fire horse was born the familiy felt that she would be a burden forever because her wild ways would tend to make her unmarriagable. unmanagable. UN lots of stuff oh well. I wish I could have indoor water. My house is too small. I`ve had a few fish tanks tho which was unsucessful and they died, making me feel like a murderer. A big 'ole unmanagable fish murderer. lol. Kill plants too. It's a wonder the other pets have lived. Speaking of pets......

TRUE STORY......I just got back from dropping off two of my kids at school. I take them a little early to beat the traffic. Anyway, I told them "now when you guys get to the door make sure to turn around and wave bye to Mojo (my shih-tzu, goes everywhere with mommy) cuz if you don't you might hurt his feelings." So I get the eye rolls and what-not. But sure nuff when they get to the door they wave and for some reason ????? I get the idea to make him do a little dance for them with me moving his front paws. So we did the Y.M.C.A. then seguayed (sp?) into the makarena. By now the kids are laughing and pointing, so I'm just happy to be making them laugh and then I go into my falsetto false doing the bee gees "Night Fever" while Mojo is doing the corresponding dance and now the kids are doubled over and pointing. I look to my left and notice the assistant principal doing the John Travolta dance with the crossing guard. OOps. I guess my screen name should be DancesWithDogs. Or something like that.

OOOOHHHH!
I forgot this was the place for own personal rants. So what if noone will read it, I'm ranting anyway.
My daughters grad party was last sat nite.
To prepare for it, I did such wonderfully fun things like; cleaning muck out of gutters, scrubbing lawn furniture untill my arms felt like they were gonna fall off, washing (yes, washing) my house.
Not to mention the girly stuff like scrubbing the whole entire house (because, even tho it is an outdoor party, people still insist on coming in, why is that? can't they just pee behind the shed or something? JK)
And I cooked for 80 people.
Spent over a hundred dollars at the liquor store, so that there would be a selection for those that cant/wont drink beer.
I even made frickin Punch!

So what am I b!tchin about you wonder?
was I snubbed and left with hundreds of dollars worth of food, and melty punch??

NOOOOOO! People came, in droves, people I have never seen before, people I am sure I did not invite.
Okay. Kids have a lot of friends, they travel in packs. So I asked my kid, the graduate, "Who is that?" and "UM, I don't remember ever seeing that guy before, who is it?"
Only to be told, "I dunno mom!"

So I had to run about like a bar bouncer, checking I.D. and smelling teenagers breaths to make sure, you know, I wouldn't go to the clink for contributing.
While I played waitress, cuz there is some kind of cosmic anomoly where once an elderly person is in a lawn chair, they will not get out for any reason, even starvation. They will simply find someone who looks younger than themselves, wave a white napkin, and say "You whooooo....."
Not too mention noise control, spill cleanups, and making sure the fire in the fire pit didn't burn down the power lines overhead.
Oh, and filling take out orders in styrofoam plates for my neighbors. You know pay off for the noise.

Next day, my living room looked like: Jones Town The Day After. As I am serious about no drinkin and driving. After they moved about and had some coffee (which of course I made) they left.

And guess what. It is 2 days later and I am still cleaning the mess!!!!! by myself.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
Thank you for listening.

This poem explains what I said in the intro. Maybe some of you can relate!

APRIL IN OHIO

Chasing the afternoon sun
I had to move to the four p.m. spot
which happens to be located under
my clothesline
My face receives the warm rays
but the rest of me must wrap up
in my gray nubby mexican blanket

Even though my eyes are shut
I sense the shapeshifting kaleidescope
of my drying laundry
A pastel arm waves a greeting
a pair of jeans stubborn in their wetness
a sheet snaps like the voice
of a wandering childs mother

And I sigh because
I am at home in the sunshine
home in my backyard
home in my skin.

Hi D!
Yes I did say "99", that was just a guess. I was trying to pinpoint it down by my youngest daughters age, you know whether she was walking, crawling, etc. when I first came here, so I might have been a little bit off.
I can't remember my username, but I am pretty sure it was some form of the word gypsy. I have used, Gypsyspirit, Gypsywind, Gypseewind, and Gypsea. So I wouldn't be that hard to find, I wouldn't think.

I have no objections to anyone looking at my chart, I am just technilogically ignorant, and can't post it. But here are some placements and the time,if you would like to look it up, be my guest. I would most appreciate it.

Yes I probably seem more water by some of the things I say, and things I'm interested in, but if you met me, you would definetely see the fire side.
I'm very animated when I talk, talk "with my hands" alot, you know, gesture wildly, make funny faces, and things of that nature.

I'll have to look into what you said about the water thing.
Cuz in your other thread we talked about swimming and drowing experiences, and I told you about having a drowning experience.
You were very kind and didn't push the subject, but I will tell you.

First of all, I know that I will die by drowning, I just know. Which is weird, because I'm a strong swimmer. but it didn't occur to me untill this past winter, that could mean more than one thing......

I had a cold and a cough that wouldn't go away. For like 3 weeks or so. It just got worse and worse, and I felt so terrible I didn't want to get up and go to the doctor, I just thought, "eh, it will run it's course."
Then I stopped eating, and using the bathroom, and my cheeks sunk in to the point of looking skeletal.
Still, as hard as it was to breathe, I felt a strange peace. I realized then, that I was drowning, just in a different way.
Long story short, they called the rescue and I went to the hospital, and my doctor yelled at me, but all is well now.

As for the drowning before, I was swimming in the Atlantic around midnight. It was so dark, that you could not make out the difference between the sea and the sky.
I was with my ex and his friends, all in the Navy.
We started out swimming in a tight group, close to shore, and eventually, everyone drifted apart.
I could hear my ex calling my name, but I could not discern the direction his voice was coming from.
The tide and waves were pushing me to and fro, and pretty soon, I was under the water, thinking that I was above the water, cuz I could no longer make things out.
That is when a light came from beneath me, and I saw two hands grab me and shove me with such force, I popped up out of the waves like a champagne cork from a bottle.
My companions were all on the beach looking for me a shouting my name.
They didn't see a thing, and I never told them.

I've also lost time in the ocean with one of my brothers. I mean hours of lost time.
This was documented by the other family members looking everywhere for us, thinking we had doubled back and went home.

And lastly, I had a spontaneous past life memory of being a viking on ship, there was a terrible storm, and the shipmates began to fight amongst themselves. They no longer would listen to me, and I remember the sadness I felt as we all drowned.

Well there you go! Are you sick of me yet, my friend????

Hello D!

Thanks for that article, it was very interesting indeed!
I hope you had fun at the concert, I did not know Air Supply even toured anymore.
As for my Doc yelling at me, its okay. She is more like family, she and my mother went to high school together, and she's like my second mom. She yells at me alot. lol.
Yes, I have recalled past lives.
Three in one night, in a dream.
The viking one just spontaneously.
And I've been told of some past lives by psychics. One was in Egypt, and I believed her, because I've always, since a child, been drawn to things Egyptian.
Don't worry, that water bed is long gone. It hurt my back too much to sleep on.

Well, it's Sunday late afternoon here, I suppose I should do something productive soon. I'll check back later to see if your lurking about for a chat.

Many Regards;
Gypsee

Wow! D, the concert did sound like a good time! I'm glad you had fun!
What was bad, or not so great about the Oasis concert? I've never seen them live, but I always quite liked them. My brother was a huge Oasis fan.
He used to call me everyday, without fail, and say, "what's the story, morning glory?"

Talking to a sonographer is my next step. My car isn't running at the moment, but when it does, I think I will go down to our local urgent care facility, and ask one of the ladies there.

See you now know more about my chart then I do! But luckily, I was going through some paperwork, and I found a report I had done some time ago, you know the really in-depth kind, it was thirty-some pages long, and I have been reading that, and going into astro and comparing mine to what other people say. So it's coming along.

I hope you have a great day, D, it is going to be sunny today, so I am going to the river and take some photos, get some fresh air.

Talk soon!
