ROVING DELEGATES

The signs on the house cusps are the principles to be learned; the cusp on which a sign falls tells us the area of life in which that particular principle will manifest. The planetary ruler, or 'roving delegate' of that sign, acts as a messenger, bringing the energy from the house it rules to the house in which it is placed.
