What do you need a human's opinion on? I don't know about everything, but I'm happy to learn and give advice anyway.

Any mellow music suggestions/Pandora or iTunes stations for painting/creating to? I know you have great/similar tastes. I'm getting bored with current background music.

Nice to see you, T, as usual.

I would maybe consider starting a station with Mono, Trentmoller, and Ratatat as your seeds. Ratatat might be too exciting if you're trying to keep it mellow, but it is good creative music.

I just started this station for myself, and the first few picks are pretty good. Some trip-hop jazzy numbers. Right now it's playing Emiliana Torrini, an Icelandic singer/songwriter whom I've never heard of previously. Now it's playing Ratatat, which I'm pleased to see is correlated to RJD2 in Pandora's mind. RJD2 did Mad Men's theme song. Also, The Xx, which is another mellow band. Now it's playing Modeselektor, which was based upon the Trentmoller seed. Might be a little energetic and cause you to groove, but it's not aggressive.

I hope you like it. I'm really digging it. Now it's playing another instrumental number by Gramatik.

I heard some music tonight during my massage that really took me places. The CD was fairly generic, though, so I'm not sure if I got the artist's name. I'll let you know.

UPDATE: The artist's names weren't found by Pandora. Oh well.

I'm still digging that station you made me create. I think I'd enjoy creating to that music.

You both are talking Greek to me. Ratatat?

Are the questions required to be logical and sensible?

I'm good with whatever.

We're moving back to the Bay Area this weekend, so I'm about to put away my desktop computer for a few days. I'm not sure when I'll check in next.

We're loading up the truck today. I'm out getting lunch for the crew. Already tired and sore.

Moving is a pain. I haven`t done it in over 2O years.

Moving back to same town different home or same home as before?

Do you adjust well to moves?

Just got my computer set up. My new station is playing. The wife liked the first song.

We've moved back to the old city, which is Dublin. We haven't moved back to Jen's house for a few reasons. One is that she's going to be independent contracting, so she'd rather not have to pay the mortgage. Her renter's have a three year lease, which is something they were interested in because they have a son in the local school there, so it's nicer not to displace them. Also, a former neighbor didn't like Jen's tenants, so there's some friction there.

The move was a killer. So hard...even with help. Now it's just organizing the junk. My friend is trying to get me a job back at the old bank. I'm going to improv tonight for the first time in almost a year!

I don't have much hair to wear flowers in, but my wife tried putting flowers in my hair last time we were in Hawaii. We planted some new flowers today. The birds here already love us.

My wife was an independent contractor for a firm in Berkeley, and the owner of that firm decided to reorganize the pay structure. Whereas she had previously been able to bill as she went, he decided that the attorneys should no longer get paid until their cases had settled (payment on contingency). She was concerned about not having that steady paycheck, so she found a real job.

Oh, gosh, that part of "Dazed and Confused" where Robert Planet starts singing that refrain has been in my head for two days now!

That violin bow guitar sound...

I love it down in that area, I grew up near Santa Cruz.

Hope you guys do okay.

You're right, of course, Juni...wherever that may be.

Yeah, I cook, Randall. I also do the dishes, so I try to keep it simple most of the time. I saw your cakes. They looked good.

Us Cappies don't get credit for how well we can cook (some of us, anyway). And us domesticated goats do the dishes, too! I have a dishwasher, but I still prefer the old-fashioned way. With big meals, I clean as I go.

My meatloaf is beyond belief.

Are you sure you're not a Cancer? Got that reverse thing going, eh?

I marked my moving boxes with the room, and had my "Emergency Pack" put in my car last.

As many times as my Erratic Uranus has disrupted my Stability-Loving Taurus Moon, I have learned; albeit unwillingly, how to move *less* painfully.

Look under a box labled drapes?

Dunno, just a quick thought.

Glad you`re back in improv

In some ways I feel like I used to cook better. Probably because I was a little poorer and had to engage in it more.

I always helped my mom growing up, and she enjoyed that I was able to pick things up and help myself. I had superiority over my older sister in that I didn't eat a lot of the cookie dough when we'd make cookies. I think that's part of why I was invited to help (though my mom still made a lot of cookies on her own).

Jen likes the disinfecting power of the dishwasher. She's a bit of a germaphobe. I'll do either way, but a dishwasher can be faster.

I like a good meatloaf. I wasn't crazy about my mom's, but I've tasted some that are pretty good. I think the sweetness has put me off sometimes.

I marked my moving boxes diligently on all sides. I was the only one to do so. The problem is kind of that Jen was too tired to direct traffic when the help was moving in boxes. Our dining room is impenetrable at present, which is a problem. We have a party set up for Valentine's, though, so we've got a deadline to get this place into shape.

I'm glad I'm back in improv, too. Nothing changed much, and I felt pretty comfortable jumping right back in. I was a little blind-sided by the events of one skit. For some reason our very nice Gemini member decided to cut my leg with huge, imaginary scissors. Very out-of-character for her, and we were all a little dumbfounded by that event. She just wanted my blood for some artwork that had started with a different person's finger having been cut. It was odd.

I'm watching a hummingbird outside our window right now! We have two feeders out for them.
