I looked at his kuiper belt objects
I looked at the larger ones. All the planets beyond Saturn are referred to as outerplanets, and so they are related to metaphysical energies. Uranus is the planet of liberation from boundaries as it breaks way with its need for independence, and it is associated with innovation and intuitive flashes. Neptune is the planet of dissolution of boundaries as it pierces the veil to reveal another world, and it is associated with imagination, inspiration, and psychism. Pluto is the planet of elimination of boundaries, and is compared to being the other side. This could be death, afterlife,or could be the subterranean depths of the human psyche. It is possible that Pluto's fellow transneptunian objects could be similar to Pluto. I believe that Pluto and its fellow transneptunians can be energies so metaphysical that they can be hard to handle and can manifest as problems on the physical plane such as serious health problems, psychiatric disorders, and even neurodivergence which are often subtle in their own way and very misunderstood. These aren't necessarily bad things. Neurodivergence tends to be very misunderstood, and it was unknown for a long time. The issues tend to be subtle. They have also been known as hidden handicaps.
With that in mind, I believe that it makes sense that the kuiper belt objects associated with unknown, hidden, subtleties could be indicators for neurodivergence.

Unusual feelings of a highly metaphysical nature that involve issues with judgment and the need make adjustments in order to integrate feelings and intuitive perceptions. It seems that there could be strong liberal sense of justice
20000 Varuna is a Kuiper Belt asteroid(orbiting beyond the orbit of Neptune), with a period of 284 years, 315 days. It was discovered at 10 Cancer 29 on 28 November 2000 at 9:51 a.m. MST at Kitt Peak Observatory near Sells, AZ by Robert S. McMillan, who named it for the Hindu god of the waters, who preceded the storm-god Indra as king of the gods. Once, Varuna ruled the sky as well, but after a great war between the Vedic gods and demons, the gods decided that each should be assigned a clearly defined sphere of influence to avoid future conflicts. Varuna got the waters of the earth to rule and Indra got the sky. Varuna sits with his wife Varuni on a throne of diamonds and the deities of the rivers, lakes, and springs of the world form his court. Varuna is the custodian of the various demons of the ocean. He is also associated with clouds and rain, and is credited with sustaining life by virtue of giving rain and crops. Varuna is often shown as a fair-skinned man who rides either a crocodile, or a monstrous fish named Makara which has an antelope's head and legs, or a chariot drawn by seven swans; he holds a serpent, a noose, a conch shell and a vessel of gems in each of his four hands. The noose is in one of his right hands. He is sometimes described as having a thousand eyes with which he oversees the whole world, or as encompassing the entire world. Varuna means "he who covers" in Sanskrit.
Keywords for asteroid Varuna, to me, include judgment, judgmentalism, inquisition, moralizing, justice, hugeness, grandness, grandiosity, bombast, pompousness, egotism, immortality, global, unforgettable, apocalyptic visions. http://www.geocities.com/mahtezcatpoc/varuna.html

This seems seems like an ego/self expression, mental activity are highly metaphysically oriented,,having the opportunity to creative problem solver because of the ability to penetrate through things that are complexed.
In Hawaiian mythology, Haumea (pronounced [hʌuˈmɛja] in the Hawaiian language) is the Hawaiian goddess of fertility and childbirth. With Kane Milohai, she is the mother of Pele, Kā-moho-ali‘i, Nāmaka, Kapo and Hi‘iaka.[citation needed] She was a powerful sorceress, and gave birth to many creatures, some after turning herself into a young woman to marry her children and grandchildren. She was finally killed by Kaulu.
The Hawaiian goddess is not to be confused with a Māori god named Haumia or Haumia-tiketike, the god of wild plants and berries; he is the god of wild food, as opposed to (his brother) Rongo, the god of cultivated food.
On 17th September 2008 the International Astronomical Union (IAU) announced it named the fifth known dwarf planet in the Solar System "Haumea" after the Hawaiian goddess. The planet's two moons were named after Haumea's daughters: Hiʻiaka, after the Hawaiian goddess said to have born from the mouth of Haumea, and Namaka, after the water spirit said to have been born from Haumea's body.[1] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haumea_(mythology) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haumea_(dwarf_planet)
Asteroid 50000 Quaoar was discovered on June 4, 2002 by Chad Trujillo and Michael E. Brown at Palomar Observatory near Pauma Valley, California. It has a period of 283 years, 288 days.
Quaoar was named for the creator god of the Tongva Indians (also known as the San Gabrielito Indians), a Southern California tribe who once occupied more of the Los Angeles area than they now do. Quaoar, a force without form or gender, danced and sang Weywot, Sky Father, into existence; then, they created Chehooit, Earth Mother, and then Quaoar and Weywot and Chehooit brought Tamit, Grandfather Sun, to life, and then came the rest of the universe.
Astrologically, Quaoar seems to signify creation, procreation, demanding, trying experiences, being placed under a microscope, viewing less attractive aspects, flaws or complexities, scientific activities; also, questioning, constructing, clarifying, revealing, creating abstract mental models, a spirit of discovery, the big picture [says Jonathan Dunn]. http://www.geocities.com/mahtezcatpoc/quaoar.html
Orcus in 20'20 Leo
conjunct Midheaven in 22'29 Leo
This seems like a highly intense individual whose aim of life involves transformation, questioning and challenging things in society that maybe be wrong which might lead to appear as too bold and audacious.
Asteroid 90482, Orcus, a trans-Neptunian object, was discovered on February 17, 2004 by Chad Trujillo, Michael Brown and David Rabinowitz at Palomar Observatory near Pauma Valley, California. 2004 DW has a period of 248 years, 4 days.
Orcus was named for the Roman god of death, whom the Greeks called Thanatos and who is sometimes identified with Pluto.
Astrologically, Orcus seems to indicate the following: popularity, populism, private effort, the grass roots (according to Jonathan Dunn); bringing death (according to Chryss Alexander); also, audacity, boldness, "seizing the day," questioning or challenging, dissent, predatory, ravaging, corruption, a fallen state, heavy or strong retaliation, having something to say, giving up or giving in.
