I'm a "libra sag" with libra stellium in the 9th. I suppose that makes me veritably "charming" & a player. But I hardly flirt, and am more awkward than the people I know.My S.O is also a libra sag (more sag than me), with the moon conjunct neptune.. woop. Recipe for disaster. My idea of a true player is really, someone who doesn't know what he wants, and ESPECIALLY someone who doesn't want to be tied down. One of the better players would have scorpio and aries in them, libra and taurus, as well as the non committal aquarius and sagittarius energies. But Capricorn and Cancer energies tone them down considerably. IP: Logged |

The worst player l have ever met is a aries sun, taurus moon and gemini rising.He is now in his mid 50's and he still manages to pull and date several TOP women simultaneously. He could charm the birds out of the trees and he's so damn sexy and good-looking the most beautiful women in the world fall for it. IP: Logged |

worst player I know is a libra sun, pisces moon, mercury and venus in scorpio, mars in aries. He used to be extremely good looking in his youth and used to be the biggest 'player' in the organization he was working. I guess one could say, no woman was 'safe' and they didnt mind. He eventually married an absolutely amazing woman, both in terms of looks and brains. She's 15 years his junior. He's now in his 60s and I'm sure he still loves her body and soul, but he cant help to hit on anything that looks half like a woman. It's quite pathetic really to watch. I dont know whether he ever was unfaithful to his wife. He sure was to his exwife. To me he is the personification of a player because he tries out his 'charm' intentionally on all these women. Not because he is naive or doesnt know what he wants. A player is someone who knows exactly what he is doing and gambles with other peoples emotions intentionally and without a care.People with strong sagitt. or gemini I've also found to have a bit of 'player' vibe, but with them I dont necessarily find them to do it intentionally. Uhmm.. I don't really know what to say about my self then! I have a bunch of 5 planets including MC in Saggy, and a Leo Moon that loves attention  But I am absolutely not a "playerette". But I am funloving and free, but also too shy..I guess guys don't really need to be extremely good-looking to charm themselves into womens pants, but he needs a lot of exactly that: charm. The guy I was talking about at the beginning of this thread isn't mean or anything. Actually he is quite open about his attitudes, but in some strange ways a lot of girls doesn't mind! But are all players shallow and take advantages of other people? What about a player that has a lot of women but appriciate all of them, and has a very big big heart for all of them Is there such a thing, or are they all cynical? Anyway it is not a good thing, because people wined up being hurt in one way or another. Most guys I know that are players are Saggys (ups, I'm a saggy girl..), so I stay clear! IP: Logged |

It's not signs at all, it's aspects. Signs just tell you how their Sun, Venus, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Saturn etc. expresses itself. The aspect is how it operates.I knew a guy who had 5 planets, including Venus, in Sagittarius and the Moon conjunct Jupiter in Aquarius in the 5th house. Would I assume he loves to play the field, is hard to tie down, loves his freedom, doesn't like commitment, and needs a ton of space? No, I wouldn't. Why? Because he had Venus conjunct Saturn. Saturn restricts and tones down the Sagittarius energy, making him seek long term commitment, stability, status, and maturity in his relationships. Sagittarius represented his attraction to intelligent, open-minded, foreign women. His Moon/Jupiter conjunct in Aquarius was squared by a tight Mars/Pluto conjunction in Scorpio. He had intense sexuality to the point of obsession, but he was also very, very possessive.
Any person under any sign can be a "player". It's more than astrology. But if you're going to look there, you HAVE to look at more than signs, because it's just not enough.

^^^I agree wholeheartedly with this post. Keeping with that theory, I know of a guy with loads 'faithful' placements who's cheated on almost every girlfriend he's had. He has a cancer sun, moon in sag/cap, venus in Taurus, and mars in cancer. I can't say for sure why he does it (I don't have a birthtime and alot of it could be age) but sign placement as the sole determining factor for this type of thing isn't enough. I have some 'playa-playa' placements (venus in gemini/aries mars) but I hardly am one to knowingly play with people's hearts. I'm neither that selfish and have better things to do when I have that much time on my hands anyways. IP: Logged | |
