I've only met one Libra rising... that I'm aware of.

Women absolutely love him, (he's my art teacher btw) I've heard terms like sexy and adorable used alot with him. Listening to him talk, he had a string of messed up relationships,as a matter of fact he broke up with his girlfriend during the semester I had him.

He's also got a Pisces Sun and Virgo Moon with Venus in Pisces in his 5th house if I recall correctly.

He is a peace keeper,very sociable, and funny
but he could come across as angry, moody and intense with Mars on his MC and Pluto in his 1st house.

Yes they are moodyyyy!
But they are nice with a good behavior.
They tend to be beautiful and with a great love for the art and the beauty.
They tend to have big ideas but not a big INITIATIVE.They are dreamy and are very liked from the people.They have many friends.

The two Libra ASC. that I know always are dating someone or even several people (both Leo Suns as well), they cannot be alone. And not all of them are what I'd call typically attractive, but people always love 'em...

Also=being blonde=leo trait. Again,i shun it.
But libra asc/cappy moon = statuesque manner... Good to look at. Regal. Regal is cappy thing all the way.

I am off,but interestingly,leo personal planets can produce really beautiful woman of dark features. Like monica bellucci(libra sun,cappy asc) but venus,mars,moon in leo or salma hayek,venus and mars in leo,but virgo sun and aries moon. Some fine combination:fire+earth...

My brother is a Libra rising.

He is charming to the point of sickening when he wants something. He can turn it on like nobody else I know. It's amusing to watch, but it will make your stomach turn.

But don't engage in any conversation that challenges him on a viewpoint, because he will debate it like a dog with a bone. He has a scorpio mercury and pluto conjunct the ascendant. So the boy is intense. When they say somethings aren't worth it - an argument with him is one of them.

He is also a Sagittarius sun, so there is the annoying little attempts at humour placed sporadically throughout any argument.

His occupation is in sales - and he has made alot of money. People can't say no.

I am a libra asc and I also have Libra in Merc, Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto. One of the most prominent and annoying (to the point I annoy myself) characteristics I attribute to my libra influence is that I feel like I have to constantly walk in the middle of the road. That meaning...I can never quite be too much of one thing without trying to balance it with some of its opposite. Its fustrating because you never really belong anywhere. Too strange to be "normal" and to normal to be "strange". And choices are totally my undoing. As an example I was going out the other day and it was sunny, I had lost my sunglasses so I called my friend who lives close and asked if she had a pair I could borrow. She said yes and I expected to pull up and her just hand me a pair...well she brings out about six pairs lol. I was like ahhhh NO not choices!! Needless to say I was late. But my sunglasses looked great lol.

I watched inception. I always deeply respected leo's looks deeeply but,from now on... Amazing!! Also pluto asc,perfect libra/scorpio blend. Libra can do wonders with bit of scorpio influence... In this case,a lot:sun,venus,mars in scorpio,2nd H... Scorpio shaped his desire nature! U can see it all in his eyes.

I have a Libra rising and many people have told me they find my pretty, attractive, even beautiful I dunno if I agree... but the compliments are definitely an ego booster.

Not all Libra risings are conventionally "beautiful" but are usually very pleasant, charming people to be around.
