I have yet to see an 'ugly' libra rising.

I am Libra Ascendant and many people say I am charming person. It is not the same as a classic beauty but we have something in the eyes, what makes us nice people. We like harmony; no argue (I run away from any argue, if I can); we are polite to other people and so on (it depends from whole Chart).

I have seen beautiful people (eyes, first of all) with Venus in Libra, maybe more than Ascendant Libra.

As Ascendant Libra, we are really critical to ourselves and to the other people. I think, that I have microscope eyes: to see all details (worse than any Virgo sign person- they are known as critical people).
