I`d think your Isis / Osiris is stronger, as the trine of Pluto-Proserpina is pretty wide, and there is only a parallel.
But Pluto / Prosperina is a theme for you through the conjunction in Davison.

So personally I`d look at:

1) tropical only
2) orbs 2° (we could consider 3° for conjunctions maybe)
3) aspects to use:
conjunction, opposition, trine, square,
sextile and quinkuxn

I am wondering about the quindecile; IQ mentioned in a past thread that this is an obsessive or intense aspect; I have also read that on Noel Ty`s site.
I myself have Venus exactly quindecile Eros and Vertex and Sun quindeciles SN, which makes sense to me.

Also, IQ mentioned that the novile, septile and quintile have a moderate influence in natal. Maybe in synastry, too?
So, maybe exact quindeciles, noviles, septiles and quintiles could be included, too?
At least if they exist as an ADDING to already present aspects.

4) Feminine / masculine pairings to each other like Isis - Osiris (every aspects)

5) those pair-asteroids to Sun, Moon, ASC, (maybe IC), NN and Karma, especially conjunctions.

Personally I think those pairings which include a god and goddess may be the strongest.

Even though the others would of course be interesting, too.

EDIT:
Psyche has been born a mortal, but became a goddess with her marriage; also her name is the equivalent of "Soul".

Adonis was mortal, too, but I think his mother was a nymph. Anyway, I guess this pairing (Aphrodite and Adonis) would be considerable weaker than the others, as he was no God in Greek.

He was a God in semitic / babylonian mythology though, so his pairing with Inannen is strong.
