I have neptune in 3rd, I avoided driving until I was 25!!! I did not want to drive.
I love driving now, but I do tend to fantasize while driving. And I always have the music on (neptune), I have a square from mars in aquarius, and I like to go fast, although it does scare me a bit...

I have a contradictory 3rd House situation. Moon rules my 3rd House and Saturn squares my Moon. I don't drive, never got a license, never owned a car.

BUT!! I have Jupiter in my 3rd House squared by Sun. So I suspect that when I do someday get and own a car, it will be a big, giant car like those Cadillac ships they drove in the 1970's. I love a big tacky car you can hang fuzzy dice from the mirror and put a dining room set in.

I have Uranus in the 3rd (Scorpio) and I like fast cars with manual transmissions. I absolutely abhor automatic transmissions.

------------------
Virgo Asc 6˚& Mars 0˚
Gemini Sun 24˚
Libra Moon 14˚(conjunct Pluto 0˚ in 2nd house)
Gemini Mercury 25˚
Cancer Venus 29˚
And yes, i'm a guy!

Cappy on the 3rd cusp and I don't drive. Probably a good thing too, since I'd probably kill myself or someone else due to my Mars squaring Mercury and Uranus.

I have Neptune in the 3rd too, square Venus, sextile pluto and Sun.

I am a new person now that I drive, more calm than ever before.
My third house is ruled by Jupiter in Virgo 12th house...
I must seem very etheral when I drive.

My car is the average car for around these parts and I don't have a dream car or anything and I'm too afraid to listen to music when I'm driving as of yet.

BUT
when someone else is driving I Love to listen to music, daydream, be mentally creative, fall asleep. It's the most relaxing experience for me.

I've been driving for 15 years now and I don't know what I'd do without some wheels. Driving an automatic Accord right now but that will change soon. I mean I like my Accord an all, it's just that it's automatic.

my 3rd house is Aquarius, and i have no planets there. my Uranus is in the 11th, squaring Mars in the 8th, so i guess it's a good choice that i don't drive.

i've never driven before and don't have a license either. i think sometimes maybe i can be more independent if i did drive, but basically, i like to live in a big city and i always just bike and use public transport.

Idk, I've got Leo on my third. No planets, but my Sun is in Aquarius in my 9th.

I drive A LOT. I drive up north at least once a week (about 100 miles each way).

I used to get really competitive, but ever since I got my license suspended I've had to drive the speed limit so I don't get pulled over lol. I should probably get that fixed.

I didn't start driving until I was 19, which is pretty late for my home town. Seriously, if you don't have a car where I'm from there is no way you're getting anywhere.

I have a 2004 Toyota Solara.

I have Saturn in the 3rd, so I have had a lot of car trouble LOL
But Cancer rules my 3rd house cusp, and I tend to get oddly nostalgic when it comes to road trips I've taken in the past.
I used to drive like a lunatic in my early 20's - loved the open road...dunno what means in aspects...Saturn square Mercury, trine Venus, sextile Mars...
I always found odd clarity in regards to my emotions when I got into the car and just drove, sometimes without a destination.

both mars and saturn in the 3rd..my car is red

hmm you know i was really surprised at myself when i started driving because this road rage emerged that i had no idea would be there, ended up causing 2 accidents in the 1st year of driving..none since..maybe saturn taught me something. i can either drive very fast and accurate [through experience mind you] or i go at a snail's pace at the lowest possible speed.. another thing is i like to pace the car's engine, so rather than putting on the brakes all the time, i constantly monitor the speed and "cruise" without applying the brakes or gas for basically the majority of the time i drive. if there's that car in front of you that's slowing down and you don't see their brake lights, that's someone like me.

mars conjunct saturn.

My Third house is an Aries/Tarus Cusp, but I have venus in my third.

I don't mind driving, my sister gets the impresion I love driving even in traffic.

When thats not the case, I used to drive a jeep when I got my licence and a fan of the "motso monstrosity"(Agressive jeep driver).

I kinda figured being in a big car was something like "castle law", only instead of defending yourself in your home, your defending yourself against other drivers.

But, I sold off my car to my sister and grew up a bit. I still perfer having four wheel drive thought saved me countless times in the winter.

Now I'm a fan of the the new Hybrids/Electric and next generation cars. I'm thinking of a getting myself a Prius

Since I travel at least 400 km from Toronto and Ottawa both ways, every couple months.

But, I'm starting to enjoy taking the train instead when I travel, at least I can relax and plug in my laptop.

I have pisces on the 3rd house cusp with my arien mars inside it. I'm extremely anxious on the road, which is probably why I drive so fast. But I just don't drive if I can avoid it, its irritating for me 99% of the time....especially with other bad drivers out there and TRAFFIC. GAAAH! I've noticed though that I *must* have the right music in the car or I can get mega cranky...hahahaha

oh.. I LOVE driving cars, or motorbikes for that matter.. anything that can go fast! it's freedom!! I love road trips.. an open road... I love listening to music and just drive... For me sitting behind the wheels is a great ego-booster, I feel very self-confident in traffic for some reason.. loves it.. I will blame my Aqua Mars for this adrenaline junkie-trait.

My 3rd house is empty and in Cancer..! but I don't have a car right now since I live in the city and my day-to-day travel is walking or taking the public transportation...

Thethirdbenjamin,

I was wondering about my car with Aries on my 3rd cusp.

I'm not an aggressive driver but I really like driving my car because its got some stick. It's a V6 ute and has some stock extras that categorise it as a special. I love it and think of it as an ally in independence. Doesn't matter how dull my life might be - I just have to go for a drive down town and I am renewed. It was a total indulgence coz I bought it new. It has a sedan front and a normal size tray - total measure is about 5.1 metres. It has incredible torque and has enough grab to tow with ease so yeah maybe one day I might get some extras for holidays. A wind in the willows quote says something to the effect of 'there is nothing quite like messing around in boats' so yeah that would be good too.
