Topic: Can astrology tell whether someone has lived before?

I'm not sure if I'm an old soul or a new one. I've never felt like I've really fitted in with society. I'm very eccentric...I'm the only person I've ever seen wear their hat at the cinema. I have only a few friends and find it difficult to relate to people. I do like socializing, but often prefer my own company. I sometimes wonder if I was from other planet in another life.I'm highly emotional and sensitive to other people's energies. I'm psychic and have had supernatural experiences. I'm currently trying to work out my life purpose so want to investigate my previous lives if I had any. How can I find out through astrology? I do reckon that if I lived before, one of my lessons is communication. I find it very difficult to express my feelings or speak up when facing audience. I can "never find the words" when speaking. I'd say it's about relating ( not communicating) your asc in libra and your north node, and your mercury is in capricorn, south node in aries shows past life selfishness that needs to be overcome and there is a need to learn to compromise, i have to say mysticr before looking at your chart i was given ivory tower and when i saw the aqua sun it made sense, i can identify with what you have said but regardless of where you came from you're on planet earth this time and somehow need to find a way to happiness,
past life stuff (spiritual) is generally shown by the nodes, life lessons by saturn and ancestral inheritance in the 12th,
many will report of the kind of difficulties you have when they are sensitive, no quick fixes but there are people out there that won't invade your psychic space,you just need to keep asking the cosmos to bring you what is needed, Judy Hall has written a good book called patterns of the past and it should help you find some of your answers, chiron is in aquarius and i can't remember the degree your sun is on but that might account for some of the things you've experienced over the last few years,
look to mercury and it's aspects for help with communication,
fixed signs give karmic stuff to deal with that has built up over a number of lifetimes,
you have a challenge balancing your sun,moon and mercury, I know it's not always easy being psychic but it does have its rewards and ultimately you are here to help others so you're not allowed to hide away and be a wise old hermit 
look at transiting jupiter because that might help you a great deal over the coming months,
aquarius actually gives the ability to read past lives, maybe you're needing to trust what you already know a bit more? IP: Logged |

I don't know if a chart can show if a person is an old soul or not.It's obvious that you have outer planets prominent in your chart and possibly kuiper belt objects. Uranus would seem prominent because Uranus is the planet associated with eccentricity. Kuiper belt objects are actually more eccentric than Uranus because Uranus is one of the major planets and it orbits on the ecliptic. The Kuiper belt objects have highly eccentric orbits,and they orbit well off the ecliptic. Kuiper belt objects orbit beyond Neptune,and so they are transneptunians and go beyond the dissolution of physical boundaries which Neptune is about. Therefore,they go well beyond the physical boundaries into the unknown. Chiron and the other centaurs are highly eccentric in their orbits,and they could be connected to eccentricity. One of Chiron's keywords is maverick. highly emotional,sensitive fits with prominent Moon,Water.....especially Moon in Watersign, especially Pisces.
I have all the aforementioned things,and I can relate to what you're talking about except for the hat thing.
I thought that I looked at your chart before,and that you have Sun in Libra with Mercury-Uranus, Venus-Mars conjunction,and along with Moon in Cancer. All that water can be highly emotional,sensitive...especially Moon in Cancer. http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/019988.html

I can relate Mysticr! What kinda of hat are you talking about? I'm another Uranus in the first house person, but its conjunct Saturn so the eccentricity isn't obvious to people. I agree that communication is important to you. I have a hard time showing my true self to others, which is a big softy, but I come off very Saturnian for the most part even though I've got many extroverted aspects and signs in my chart. This a bit off topic but, I know someone else that has a Libra Asc. and her Venus is in Cancer, and she's a Leo Sun the opposite of Aqua. She is very sociable but at the same time doesn't get enough alone time, which conflicts with her Cancer Venus. So she is always struggling with her more introverted side. ------------------
