Ah, even I, the gemini venus, can relate to that: I love it when I make people laugh unintentionally.

*facepalm* I'm *so* sorry, Snohawk. The funny thing is that you've never come off really 'female' to me either. There's just so many of us on here that I just assumed...

That, or I somehow missed the the part where you said you shaved your head every year. *facepalm again* Should I mention I had just woken up from a long nap when I read that? *hide*

Anywho, I've noticed alot of aries venuses are not really into overly grooming themselves and/or high maitenance stuff in women, which I gatthered from your post. You don't mind a tomboyish girl then? *prays she got it right*

More on observations:

I was thinking the cancer venuses would be big on being naturally ultra-feminine (not too high maitenance), almost in the same way I've observed in some pisces venuses I know. I saw some of that in Lucia's post so I guess I'm not too far off the mark.

lol, It's alright Dulce Luna.

And I can't really elaborate what I like in women, since I think I'm in love with one, and have for 3 years.

Which you'll read a lot: that Aries Venus giving love at first sight.

I don't have the cancerian venus but mine are really really out of place. They don't match my body no matter how much weight I put on. *headdesk*

And oh yah, I know of aries venuses prone to that love at first sight thing too. I'm not a big believer in it (curse of the mercurial venus) but the passion they have for this stuff is kinda nice. Astrology says they fall out of it just as quickly but that wasn't the case with a Taurus man with this placement who fell pretty hard for my friend. I think he still has it for her to this day and it would be 5 years now since he fell for her.

Yeah, the girl I'm thinking of actually keeps pretty heavily makeupped, But I don't really find her that sexually attracting, It's more a sort of twisted sympathy I think I feel with her. She's a Sagittarius with Taurus Moon.

Ooooh interesting. I hear Venus and the Moon say something about what a guy likes in his chart, and his Mars is how he goes after it

Ah, I see. More of attachment than attraction, I suppose? Its funny how we can seperate the two so easily, huh? I have my moon and venus in incompatible signs and am the same way I don't think there's anything twisted about your feelings though. The guy I spoke of has a scorpio moon so in addition to the fixed sun, I'm not suprised his feelings are rarely subject to change. My friend is question is also a sag sun, but with a virgo moon.

And I agree with MVM, this is definitely the case of the moon being in a totally different sign than your venus. I think this girl appeals to your moon, explaining the attachment.

Yeah, well I've got a cancer mars, caught in that grand cross, so I don't go after it ^.^

Sadly enough, I am shy due to anxiety because I care so much. That is the pleasures of internet society: if you f*ck up nothing of consequence ensues, so there's nothing to worry about.

Thanks for your sympathy, both.

She's got Venus in Scorpio, and Mars in Sagittarius square my sun she also has capricron mercury which you might note, just because it is simple (three options of everysign) to discriminate, so you get a more defined picture, maybe.

Ah, man...mars in cancer is a tough one since its detrimental so going after what they want is definitely difficult for them. Even I, with the aries mars, has this problem (though my mars is heavily afflicted so yeah..). But there's something to be said about men with this placement (or a water mars in general), they have this *something* that gets me....and alot of other chicas. *sighs* I'm thinking of this one cancer guy with this placement. He'd be great partner...if only he wasn't such a player. *le sigh again*

Sorry for the rambling, but going by the placements the girl herself sounds extroverted, direct, and straightfoward. I could just be saying this because my friend has almost the exact same placements (minus the moon and mars). She's someone who might not mind being the pursuer... may even enjoy it. Are you guys close friends, acquaintances, workmates, etc.?

Aw, Snohawk, Mars in Cancer isn't terrible. I've met 3 very nice males with this and they're just fine in love....very nurturing too.

The Mars in Cancer would be that sympathy you're speaking of toward her. That's part of how your Mars would work, I think. Powerful sympathy and empathy and a desire to maybe even protect someone *from* themselves can be a Mars in Cancer trait.

Erm, Leaping. I've seen your body, and your beautiful figure, hon. And your bosom is quite lovely !
Mine change sizes every month

Dulce, I noticed the 'player' thing with a number of Mars in Pisces males in particular. Now, now, not EVERYONE with it is like this, I realize. It's just been the ones I've known. Remember creepy friend I just got rid of and talked about on Central? He's got it too.
I've just had pretty bad experiences with it. Don't get me started.

I know there must be some decent Pisces Mars males out there....somewhere. lol

Hahahaha, taurean anything pretty much knows the art of indulgence. They have fun with it too, I'm jealous.

MVM, I've only met one pisces mars and again, I get the same 'vibe' from him that I get from most of the other water mars. Even his voice was healing. *facepalm* He was actually pretty decent and had alot of pisces placements too (minus the moon, mercury, and outers). But the creepy friend has this? Not surprising, as he does seem to exhibit classic shadow neptune.

I'm not surprised there are successful players with this placement ( not saying all water mars are) since I believe the emotional-feminine-martian energy really is appealing to alot of women.

this is a great topic...

i have venus in aquarius and i feel sexy/attractive when i am looked at as "different" from the rest, unpredictable, intellectual, and a good friend. i will get offended if my love interest says i remind him of someone or if i'm included in the "you women..." statement. i pride myself on my uniqueness lol.

I'm Venus in Virgo and I strive to be clean, neat and orderly with Libran influence as Libra is my Sun so I like to maintain a sensual image, makeup, hair done etc or I feel unattractive.
I love men who are clean and it doesn't matter if they need to shave or don't look like they have made too much effort as long as they are clean. I prefer the natural look in men (hairy lol and masculine) and don't like it if he takes more time getting ready than me either!
But you have to be clean, clean, clean.

I strive to look as pure and natural as I can, despite all the makeup etc. but it's harder to achieve the pure radiant look as you get older!

Ven. in Libra - self image, what can I say: very generic notion of beauty - the pop version, and I'm not embarassed to say that. I like the light and fluffy, sweet and romantic. Look has to be soft, feminine, girly. I don't say I dress that way, but that's an idea of beauty I have. I don't like the over-the-top, or overtly sexy look. I guess, libra: the understated, balanced and pure look.

That venus in the 9th house - I don't like to come across as ditzy. Like intellectuals definitely, well travelled wisdom. MUST like BOOKS, even if its just for a pretext of a library.

What can I say, my dressing is not very very influenced by my venus. More my ASC methinks.
