Your Progressed Moon is in the 7th house. I read in "Delination of Progressions" that the Progressed Moon in the 7th can point to marriage. "Should the native be single, it is possible that he or she can find the marriage partner of their choice during this two and one half year span." Also, the Moon is only a couple of degrees from the DSC in your Progressed Composite.

In his chart, the transiting North Node is conjunct his Moon. Celeste Teal says this about the Node/Moon conjunction:

The Moon partakes somewhat to the nodal contacts to the Ascendant axis, and signifies events quite personal in nature. Similar to the Ascendant tie, this frequently times a period of favor, popularity, and an exceptional amount of support from others. It is especially noted when public support is received. Just as important as a nodal contact to the natal Moon is its contact to the progressed Moon. In fact, the latter contact sometimes appears as the more dynamic of the two.

Events centering on the home and family take on added importance and these contacts especially relate to qualities of nurturing and mothering. Often someone enters the life at this time that plays a nurturing role. This is likely to be a woman and relationships with women tend to be most significant. At other times, this contact may show a time when a nurturing individual leaves or the relationship comes to an end. These node/Moon links also coincide with the birth of children and events surrounding offspring. This contact has been noted as a factor in various accidents and in cases of drowning. As in all the nodal contacts, the North Node will more often reveal a joining quality in these matters, while the South Node indicates a separating quality.

thank you for your reply.

well letīs see what happens.we have been having some issues on that part of moving.had a serious conversation and some deep stuff has been brought our in the open.

still i feel that Love always keep us together - we have some issues regarding who leaves family and friends..that is it.

we ha agreed to when the circunstances let,Both of us would move into a new city,in a middle way between mine and his home town.so it will be a move from both eventually.

it seems currently that things are not well.i would think that in late may ,these problems may have started.it possibly involves dating others.and the last week shows a growing coldness and distance.this will continue to the end of october.
then the relationship make take off again .but until then i wouldn't push and need for commitment on him as he is likely to leave.but at the end of october ,it seems the loving feelngs will be strong again

well the distance is in fact right he is on a business trip in Taiwan and very much lonely and pressioned on his work.he is away now but will come back in more or less,day 18 or 19 september!

hmm we both had problems of trust in the begginngs as he was traumatized by a relationship and i was afraid of that,so held some distance.

Now we are both very much in love and as time passes by,we keep being more and more in love and certain of our feelings.we both want to be committed and have kids.just waiting for the right circunstances as we live 3 hour away from each other.

i guess the venus/nep dont quite relates to infidelity,just some wild dreams whihi we have both ven/nep on natals
