Exact Pluto-Venus square from 1st to 7th house? You really do not need look any further. Sometimes, a Venus-Pluto aspect will appear in the progressed chart, or there will be a strong aspect with the ruler of 7th and 8th house to Venus or Pluto or even between the rulers.

CrabbyFish I have Venus in Virgo and I've had 2 long term relationships with men that conj my venus within 2 degrees. One was a Scorpio with pluto in the 1st and falling in my 7th. I have Pluto in the 8th and Mars, Neptune, MC conj in Scorpio in a tight sextile. This is the one that I had the full experience with. Pluto energy is profound. Now the other Man is a Cancer. He is 8 months younger than the 1st. This I felt too but not nearly as intensely. I'd be happy to post the charts if you'd like. I 've read alot on this aspect and it does need some triggers. I think it also depends on how evolved the Pluto person is and what Karma is on the line for Venus. IP: Logged |

Very very interesting...I would expect (just from the synastry) that you would have a mutual attraction with guy #2...interesting that it was one-sided.With guy one, there'd be plenty to create attraction even without Venus-Pluto contacts, but I can also imagine that you would feel it with a wide orb since you were very drawn to each other. I may be the only one here, but I disagree with expanding the orb for committed relationships vs. not so committed ones.I think what happens over time, is that, the progressed aspects may come into narrow orb, and that is what we feel. On top of that I think that every synastric aspects needs a certain trigger to be felt, which is mostly a transiting or progressing planet. Without them the most beautiful aspects may lie sleeping and be basically unfelt. IP: Logged |

Scorpio 90,maybe the synastry with guy 1 triggered something you`ve been (subconsciously) needing or craving for? Did those synastric aspects maybe repeat something you´ve had in your natal? For example: Venus in 8th house or in aspect to Pluto may be heavily drawn to relationships that have a synastric overlay of Pluto in 7th house, Venus in 8th house, Venus-Pluto-aspect or even Mars-Pluto aspects. (could also be strong aspect between ruler of 7th and 8th house or Venus aspecting 8th house ruler or Pluto aspecting 7th house ruler or DSC) I`m such a Venus-Pluto girl (Venus square Pluto natally); if a synastry doesn`t feature Venus-Pluto or Mars-Pluto somewhere, I just don´t feel attracted, no matter how many Sun-Moon or Sun-Venus or Venus-Mars-conjunctions there are

darkdreamer.. can i pick your brain for a sec? you said:What I mean is: Person A: Venus on 10 Libra Person B: Pluto on 15 Libra and also Sun (Moon, Mars, ASC etc.) on 12 Aries In this case I would think this might be a very significant aspect. we have this conjunction at an orb of 6 degrees. however we BOTH have very prominant plutos AND venuses natally. also, my pluto exactly opposes his moon, thus, i think, activates his moon-venus opposition. would all of this, do you think, be enough to make this a significant aspect between us? we also have it in sextile going the other way, so a double whammy. anyway, it is definitely felt.
