PA - I think in this post (Eros in Synastry), I discussed with DD and others the operation of points in synastry. http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/018758.html

Ähm, PA and 23,why are we talking about Jude AGAIN? Could you remind me a little? Jeez, it`s like this guy has put a spell on me in a past life, making sure that I can never leave the Hotel California, running around in circles to find the exit. 23, "The Sun person would be a planet person as is Pluto so both could do something about this. The Sun person would see the Pluto person as a plutonic personality but would not act Plutonic. The Sun person would be happy shine themselves upon the obsessive attention Pluto would give. " That is EXACTLY how I see it. The Sun person can only react in a Sun-way. "The AC person would be turned on for sure." Ähm, that`s new to me. Why that?
"The Lust asteroid person would be lusting after them originally" Well, I agree astrologically. But as I said I do NOT lust after him.
PA, I also agree with 23 in that the points are passive, they cannot act like planets or asteroids. They are just there and receiving energy, of course the received energy may impress them deeply. I think that is especially true with the IC (and also ASC and DSC). Whenever something touches my IC, I am deeply deeply affected, but this can happen without the planet person even noticing. In my case - I don`t know if that is true for everyone though- if my IC is being triggered, I FEEL but without the ability to ACT. But this inability to act (of the angles) doesn`t mean they are unimpressed.

quote: Yes, and it`s really important HOW you say things. In which sign is your Mercury?
My Merc is in Aqu. I think a lot of what is said though might be affected by my Libra DC and Libra Moon but of course, my Merc and Gemini Mars can pick up a lot verbal nuance I guess. quote: No really, why?
Always the way, gay or a-holes LOL! quote: , always the perfectionist and professional.
Cap, as well as the guard being kept up. Yes and don't underestimate the DC or IC. Both really important, esp the rulers of these points!IP: Logged |

Oh, I think they'd be very impressed, because they're very sensitive points for the native. I'm reading this as they are receptors, but incapable of emitting, unlike the planets, which do both. That makes sense to me. I really learnt something interesting from this conversation tonight. That's awesome. Thanks both to you and 23 for that. I really appreciate it. It has really resonated with me - makes a great deal of sense. Thanks. And thanks for the link 23. IP: Logged |
