Yes, My idea is based on my own chart. My Lachesis is conjunct my south node and letting go is a huge issue for me My husbands sun falls conjunct my south node and this is playing out in my life. Another example is my Moira conjunct my valentine and Johnny's vertex. ( A fate that cannot be changed) Well, it happened and his falls on my Venus. Now, I am interested to see what Atropos has to say, the end dosen't always mean the end of life unless the planets configure that way either by natal placement or progressed. She is associated with endings and beginnings. IP: Logged |

I agree with DD,I have a polarity placement Lunar Nodes in 10'30 Aquarius/Leo in 5th/11th I think that's it even more complicated because they are aligned with the Heliocentric Neptune Nodes North Neptune Node in 11'28 Leo/Aquarius in 11th/5th Raymond

In my relationship's synastry, we have both NN and SN contact. Overall though, the SN is more active for us.The asteroid for my SO's last name is cnj my 4th house SN. I didn't take his name, but it dawned on me after we married that this means our kids will have their last name on my SN. So, in a way, my future is my past. And speaking of last names & the past...a few years ago, my SO and I visited a city in Spain for the first time, and we both experienced an overwhelming sense of deja vu there. Just a few months ago, I did some research on the origins of my last name. Although I'm part Spanish my last name is from my Italian relatives, so I expected it to have its origins in Italy. Turns out my last name is from that same Spanish city! IP: Logged |

Interesting theory, Lara.I am not an expert at all on NN and SN when it comes to synastry, so I have nothing to add. IP: Logged |

MVM -I know! I was stunned when I learned that. Our experience there told me that city was someplace special for us, but I never expected proof of its significance to be so...literal. IP: Logged |

Lara, I agree. I think when we're younger, we need to learn the "lessons" of our north node, so relationship wise, we meet a lot of NN people to help us grow. It's a struggle, but we need it for soul growth. As we get older, and have earned the peace and contentment and are happy with less drama and struggle in our emotional lives, SN people come into our lives.IP: Logged |
