1)In a cardinal sign and angular house, time is in days;moon is in the 4th in capricorn,8 deg.later saturn will trine moon.Maybe something may happen in 8 days?

2)venus(me) will conjunct mars(him)in 4 deg.
Another possible encounter??

3)pluto conjunct I.C EXACT??? Dont know what it means..

IC is the house of endings in horary, so it could mean an ending, or it could mean, that if he will be coming back, this will be a totally different relationship than you have had before.
But on the other hand the new planets aren`t used in horary.

However, I think the question may be too soon, or do you have ASC on 2 Libra? Or he?

Anyway, if this is readable, it looks pretty good actually, on a first glance at least.

Your ruler Venus will conjunct his ruler Mars, that would indicate a Yes, especially since his ruler is in the sign of Venus, you, so there is still a lot of affinity or affection.

Moon, your secondary ruler is just separating from a trine to Mars. Has there been an encounter with him recently?

Thanks for your answer.Im libra but no planets on 2 deg.
I dont know his asc.but Im nearly sure he is a libra rising.(Although my guess is late libra)

yes there has been an encounter 2 weeks ago.
I summarize the whole thing in "I'm not a bad person" thread. http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/201188.html

Hmm I wanna add that I have amor in 2deg.libra.But It is not a planet. His pluto is 2 deg.libra.I guess both doesnt count.
His eros is 4 deg libra..

Perhaps Pluto on the IC means a new begining? Pluto is about regeneration.

If you were going to look at new planets at all.

With Horary, especially if you're new at it,

NEVER BEGIN WITH URANUS, NEPTUNE OR PLUTO!

If you want the correct answer, begin with the traditional rules which is only using the planets up to Saturn and use the traditional rulers.

Then remember that Mars traditionally rules Scorpio, Saturn traditionally rules Aquarius and Jupiter traditionally rules Pisces.

The other thing is that you have to go back to the drawing board with your question.

You do not know that he's ever going to end that relationship. This is a question that has not been answered. Even if he said he would end the relationship, you don't know that he really will.

Chart invalid again. Sorry.

How about this yes or no question:

"Will he ever come back to me fully prepared to be in a healthy long term relationship?"

Now, you may not want to know the answer to that question, so don't ask it unless you're completely ready to know the answer.

Ask it when you're REALLY REALLY ready to know. That means being able to accept that the answer could be "no."

Maybe you need to emotionally process what hearing "no" would mean to you right now. Sometimes we need to process the situation more, for a few days, a few weeks, a month or two. Because the Universe may give you the answer in a more gentle way. You may need to learn more about yourself before the answer can be "Yes." You might want to leave time and space for "free will" to work it's magic. Not only that, someone else may enter the picture or you and he may be willing to have the relationship change in nature, whatever that looks like.

How will the answer "yes" affect you? When will he come back if the answer is yes? Will it be years from now? Are you willing to wait for years even if it means you'll be much older, etc.

There's so much to consider.

Give yourself a few days to process whether you even want to know the answer. Be gentle with yourself.
