*There are 2 things I find puzzling regarding his Mom/Dad representation in the chart:
-the Mom indicators (natural indicator, the Moon + 4th house ruler, Venus) are both in Cancer, Moon in domicile and Venus exalted. This made me say the Mother was idealized. Also because they're in the 12th, Neptune's element, the house of dreams and imagination. Because you see, the human mind loves to work with myths and archetypes. An absent parent can have multiple reactions from the child's imagination. We all had our imaginary worlds where we made up stories about how life should be, and especially about our parents, because they are our world. It is said the boy learns how to become a man from his father's example, but he does this FOR his mother. The mother was absent, this effort had to be projected onto something (like the mother's myth and the hope she will come back FOR HIM, if he becomes a strong man) or towards someone else (was there another female presence to substitute her?). Anyhow, his feelings for his mother are indicative of his issues with women. I hope he doesn't hate her, because that would really make it difficult for him to trust another woman (he'd think she will only abandon him, like his mother did).
