I had progressed moon in Cancer when I was 27 or 28 and it just marked emotional maturity for me being it was a progressed lunar return. Though I don't recall my experiences with my lunar return in Cancer...Though when my progressed moon was in Libra and Scorpio I can recount.

In Scorpio my progressed moon hit my natal 11th Saturn/Pluto conjunction, and I went through separation that was very sudden and intense, went overseas, moved countries and had sporadic and enlightening experiences that changed the direction of my life.

One other thing - Pr moon in cancer might totally trigger any latent intuitive or
psychic talents, and you will often find yourself making gut instinct calls, even if you are the most hard-core adherent of logic normally.

woahcity now I can't wait till the Pr moon in Sag happy times! I totally need it, after all this Scorpio 11/12th house emotional wranger.

This is off-topic, but I just have to share it :
As a natal Venus in aries I never got all that sensual, or enjoyed the materialistic and earthy pleasures of life.

But when my PR Venus went into Taurus - Hallelujah baby!
Erotic sensuality and just being lost in the sheer sensuality of touch/smell of people,nature,and this world in general.
It was incredible.I seriously saw the world anew.
Mmusic became a tactile thing!

yes pr. moon in sag is the absolute funnest! my draco moon is sag, so i am learning to tap back into that, as it got somewhat lost along the way. i have AC and venus in sag, though, so it's not too much of a leap! i do find progressions to be very significant in a broad sense to the evolving emotional nature, even though the natal energy is retained. kinda like being put in a room and soaking in the environment; even though your natural emotional tendencies persist, everything is coloured and altered by the environment.

i have pisces SN and in my last relationship it was activated by some heavy transits (conjunctions) and really brought out some of the less desirable tendencies (overemotionalism and losing myself within the powerful healing force that was my relationship) and i have been actively rectifying that since. i've worried the pr. cancer moon may bring out more emotional sloppiness than i'd care for, but for now i'm mostly feeling and impending sense of being comfortable in my emotions and generally more tuned in, with a sense of a need to protect myself against being overwhelmed by it, which i guess would be the crab shell thing. so i consider this to be a strength that pisces is just not capable of managing, and therefore very positive.

Anyway, my progressed moon in Cancer happened when I was in high school, and I hadn't had very positive experiences in middle/high school up unil then, but looking back there was a turning point of sorts. I switched schools to a much smaller charter school, and started building good friendships/relationships with people after several years of feeling very detached and isolated. It was a sort of thawing out emotionally I guess. I also became much more interested in philosophy, religion, environmentalism, and just the human condition in general so I'd say it was mostly positive.

Progressed moon in Leo started out with a ridiculous amount of drama in my personal life, but after graduating high school it was probably the best, most fun and carefree time of my life. I learned to assert myself better and go after/enjoy the things that make me happy. By the time progressed moon goes into Virgo though, the party is over lol.

Has anyone noticed a correlation of life events between the polarities?? By this I mean pMoon in both Gemini & Sagittarius saw me packing up my life and moving far far away. Loved it !! pMoon in Cancer & Capricorn saw me briefly returning home then moving on to horrid career situations. Hated it!! pMoon in Leo & now Aquarius caught me smiling and being really really happy. In a sense, moving back to where I'd originally gone at the pMoons in Gemini & Sagittarius...hmmm

I know this particular manifestation of the pMoon is personal to my own chart/lifepath.

I am curious how it will feel like, probably will be not that easy, as my natal Moon is in Aquarius and Sun in Sag.
It is also moving through my 7th (and from 12 Cancer, 8th house).
