After the relationship charts, it's time to focus on ourselves. X3 Everyone, please post your birth charts and describe yourselves (and point the aspects that fits these traits)!

Well.. here I go first! X3

- Aries stellium in the 8th house - I'm very interested in the deep (dark) issues such as psychology, emotions/feelings and the depths of the bonds in intimate relationships. And through these issues I try to reach a deeper understanding of myself and my own identity.

- Moon tightly conjunct BML - hmm I'll leave you guys to guess how this manifests~ :P

- Moon/Venus/Mercury trine Uranus - I can be kinda fun to be with X3 and I like exciting things (as long as it's not excessive lol).

- Sun square Neptune - issues with self-confidence; and I'm the kind of daydreamer that likes to be alone in her own world too. And ah, I'm an artist (rusty skills thought lol)!

- Sagittarius IC, Uranus in the 4th house - my family is multiracial/multicultural, and right now we live outside of our hometown. And we have a good degree of freedom and open-mindedness (at least compared to the other families).

- Gemini MC - interested in many things, but no specialization in anything. ^_~; I'm a computers course university student right now.

- Grand trine formed by Virgo AC/Taurus Mars/Capricorn Neptune - my actions and self can be quite inspired at times.

- Scorpio Pluto/Saturn in the 3rd - when I feel negative.. my thoughts can be quite extreme.. and obsessively neverending in cycles lol~ >_<"

- T-square formed by Mars/Pluto/Jupiter - I'm often seeking balance between having firm beliefs and a flexible mind.

- Virgo AC/Pisces DC - with myself I tend to be a bit strict (with my own image and self-improvement/self-analysis); but when relating with others, I tend to be shy like Pisces, even thought I'm very Aries inside. ^_^;

I've posted my chart lots o’ times so I decided to try some different styles. I like this style because it eliminates the wide orb aspects and allows me to focus on the tight aspects and what is more obvious.

Sun conj Mercury and Venus in 6th/7th – Relationships are very important to me and I do enjoy communicating.

Moon sq Venus (9th sq 6th/7th) – I do spend too much money on luxury items. I can indulge in sweets. I am not that bad at expressing my feelings although, maybe, I do have the tendency to let things go too far and then blow up. This is rare but it has happened.

Moon trine Mars (9th tr. 5th) – A 0 degree trine, very strong. This is my favorite aspect in my chart actually. I do confront things head on, don’t get so caught up self-pity and I have a strong need to “get things done” and “get things moving” and I like to have lots of things going at once (Mars in Gem). I am going crazy because I don’t have anything to do and I am trying to make things happen but it is not only ME that I have to depend on!

Venus opp AC – Marrying for love…Well, I hope so! I read where having Venus in the 6th can cause headaches, I guess that explains the lifelong struggle with migraines. My Venus is sometimes interpreted in the 6th, sometimes 7th b/c it is at 0 degrees Leo and my DC is 1 degree Leo. Venus is conjunct the DC though. “just a hint of chronic dissatisfaction with yourself. Even at your absolute best, you still feel as though there's room for improvement.” See: the “Vanity and Perfectionism” thread.

Jupiter sq Uranus (7th sq 10th) – Adds to my impatience. Restlessness doesn’t even begin to cover it. I read somewhere this is the “Contrary for contrary’s sake” aspect and I agree. The job changes, the mini revolutions I have caused… I noticed that this happens mainly on the job (10th). Yeah, I feel this tight square.

Jupiter tr Neptune (7th tr 11th) – I am a true idealist. That helps explain the INFP (Questor/Idealist/Healer) thing. I do like to get involved in lots of charities. I love the arts and help does seem to come out of nowhere. I need to follow my intuition more though, sometimes I don’t trust it.

Jupiter sextile Pluto (7th se. 9th) – “New Beginnings” – my middle name. This does come out more in relationships and in higher ed. I try not to burn my bridges (even though Jup. Sq Ur would love nothing more). Perception skills re: 7th and 9th house issues are great and I have loads of ambition in both areas.

Jupiter trine POF (7th tr 3rd) – “Trines to the Part of Fortune indicate that the way is made easy for the person to find his happiness and success.” I also read that it brings outside circumstances that lead to happiness. Since it is trine “The Great Benefic” it makes it “…extremely easy for the individual to realize his dreams”. I can only hope!

Saturn conj North Node (8th) – Another work aspect – I need to feel secure in a career before I can move on to anything else. I read where this makes one conform to the social values of the day – not the case with me, thanks to Jupiter I guess. I read where this is great for enduring relationships…we’ll see.

Neptune sextile Pluto (11th Se. 9th) – generational

Neptune trine POF (11th tr. 3rd) – See “Jupiter trine POF”

Pluto opp POF (9th opp 3rd) – “A planet in opposition to the Part of Fortune will yield a form of detachment in the use of that planet.”…So, I guess I won’t use power directly to get what I want?

There is that POF, Jupiter, Neptune fire grand trine. I guess these things will come easily, perhaps too easily. This grand trine forms a kite with Pluto “The Spine” added…I found this: “The stress of the Opposition aspect may increase the likelihood of the Grand Trine being utilized (not just taken for granted, which sometimes happens with the Grand Trine). Or, it may provide a feeling of defensiveness or stress related to the element of the Grand Trine signs….enthusiasm and energy level for Fire signs. “

I have to post after Downtomars, since we share the same birthday!

I have to admit that I still don't really know myself that well, but I guess I have my whole life to discover myself.

Sun/Mercury Leo in 8th house basically describes that I hate superficial mundane things. And also that I love Astrology and anything metaphysical or supernatural.

I'm always looking for deep connections with people and have issues with this since Leo Sun is square Pluto in the 11th house.

Pisces Moon in 3rd house describes why I'm so spacey and sound like a stoner 24/7. But its square Jupiter in the 6th house, which adds to my humbleness and soft heartedness, I read somewhere that this is called a Falstaff aspect (any Shakespeare buffs?).

I've got a few fire trines which eases the retrogrades in my first house. I'm definitely drawn to intellectual weirdos and I guess I'm one as well, I'm just better at seeming normal.

Venus in 7th opposite Saturn/Uranus in 1st adds to me being drawn to ambitious weirdos and also why I have erratic love experiences (meaning sort fricken term!).

I also have a Yod, even though the sextile is wide between Neptune and Moon, I still consider it one though.

Leo Sun in 8th is inconjunct Neptune in 1st its similar to a square only more subtle I'm sure, DowntoMars, can relate to Neptunian energies hitting Leo Sun. This also explains why I have so many Pisces friends plus my Moon usually conjuncts their Sun. And why I have internal delusional issues.

I also have Gemini Venus with a Pisces 3rd house cusp, so I like talking about obscure things, I suppose?

I'm also a drummer, pretty artistic (paint/draw) and crafty. I've been playing the drums since I was 12 and I think Aries Mars trine Sun/Asc. is to blame for that, plus I grew up with lots of musicians.

Aries Mars conjunct IC and square Chiron describes my close relationship with my mother who has always been an independent, young, single mom. Sometimes its hard to imagine what it is like for people that grew up with both parents, my dad is around but he just wasn't really involved with the person I've become.

Basically I'm really sensitive but I don't really show it to others unless I feel really comfortable with them.

I'm somewhat of an extremist, I'm either prudent and cautious or a big daredevil who just wants to push myself to the maximum. Especially when I've been drinking, I fall in love with everyone I lay my eyes upon, lol!

I'm also a feminist that loves men!

Well, I'm an 8th house Leo Sun-Mercury with Venus in the 7th feminist who loves men too. I am!!! I'm not just copycatting.

8th house Leo Sun-Mercury and Virgo Mars: Passionate about intense sexual connections, transformation, intensive research, the study of psychology, sex, the underworld, mythology, and the occult. I also love Leo things--the arts, theatre, any kind of creativity, romance, and fun. I used to be a very seductive, alluring person...but I'm having a nasty dry spell, maybe due to transiting Saturn's slow slither through my 8th.

7th house Cancer stellium: Someone posted this from Keywords for Astrology--ewww: "Saturn in the 7th house - The Serious Relationship
INHIBITION: The Orphan. Lacking in contact;reserved and cautious in relationships for fear of closeness or being hurt; afraid of being lonely. Strong mistrust of the other person. As a result, avoids relationships or always comes a moment too late. Only falls in love in hopeless cases, waits a long time in vain for the desired person, and quickly backs down if the tides should actually turn in his or her favor. Can't believe he or she is loved on own account. Searches for guarantees and proof of love. Will unconditionally try to maintain the outer form even if the relationship has long been dead in terms of emotions. Regiments and dominates the partner." Ew, not exactly true, but truer than I would like. I also have Moon and Venus in the 7th, trine and biquintile Neptune, so I have a side that's very relationshippy. I can be sweet and several guys have told me I would be a "perfect wife." But I obsess and agonize more about relationships than anything else. I am pretty much happy-go-lucky in other areas, like career, travel, creative life. I was ALWAYS in a couple until recently. I get very obsessed with the object of my affection sometimes.

Jupiter in Pisces in the 2nd (3rd in some house systems, both fit): I've never had a lot of money, but everything involving money just sort of comes easily and effortlessly--I never have much, I usually have just enough, and people are always wanting to give me stuff. I have always done a lot pf volunteer and charity work.

MC at 0 Scorpio, quintile Mercury, conjunct Angel: I am a writer, and my work is mostly about 8th house sort of things.

NN in Sag in the 12th house: My challenge is to embrace the moment and merge with the universe, exploring life instead of trying to prove something. In my Draco chart, my whole 8th house stellium is Saggie! The 7th house one is Libra, with the Venus in Scorpio. That feels more like the real "me" than this natal chart. My NN is trine my Sun-Merc, quintile Pluto...some astrologers think NN "soft" aspects are meaningless, but I feel very, very connected to my NN.

Saturn conjunct Moon, sextile Mars, trine Jupiter; Cap Rising; Saturn as chart ruler: I am disciplined. I finish things on time. If I set out to achieve a goal, I do it.

Comica,

I'm surprised you've found a few takers. Standard minimalist astrology reports take 20 pages to describe your personality. I can only imagine how many pages it would take to describe my personality in relation to my chart.

Well, I mean, I write 200-word abstracts for 10-chapter books, too. I took the thread as an invitation to note and summarize a few meaningful highlights, not to exhaustively detail everything about my personality as related to my chart...that could fill whole libraries, for any human being.

Come on, AG! Why not post a chart and note a few standout points?

I think it is hilarious that only fire signs have posted their charts! Especially 3 Leo Suns, oh my!

But yeah I agree, it is really hard to explain your own chart, in fact posting my own chart and explaining it helped me understand my chart a little but more.

Why are feminists always deemed as man haters? You'd think it would be the other way around, because the whole goal of feminism is equality!

AG, you couldn't describe yourself in so few words? Really?

Have a go on my thread in LL2! I did my three words, here are some astro-details to match:-

Independent:-> My chart is Splay shaped. Mars in Aqua is in a Grand Trine with the Sun and Uranus.

Strong-Minded:-> Mars is also in a T-Square with Mercury/Venus in Taurus, and Scorpio ASC. It's conjunct the NN.

Caring:-> Pluto rules my chart and is Conjunct the Moon in the first seconds of Libra. Jupiter/Neptune are in the first house in the Sag.

I find it hard to describe myself because it's hard for me to keep an objective view. I may think of myself as one way, but it could not be the case at all. Especially because I'm so fluid. I act differently in every situation. If someone asks me how I would react to a hypothetical situation, I often times can not tell them something accurate.

I find myself holding unpopular opinions, and its shocking to me when few people agree with me because a lot of the time, the truth is so obvious. I also never apologize for my way of thinking or concede when I'm wrong. That said, I tend to look at every side of a situation and can relate to the opposing side, even if they are wrong.

I've been studying astrology seriously for 3 years now though I've always been interested in Sun signs and stuff. I also like personality tests. I guess it's because it's hard for me to describe my personality, or maybe it's beacuse I went through a Neptune conjunct Sun transit during my formative teenage years that it made it difficult for me to have a real sense of myself.

A lot of the time, I sound like I care more than I really do. Like if I ever sound heated, most of the time I'm not really. I don't really get angry at people often. I tend to get angry at inequality.

I'm a feminist, like others have said. It's the one thing that I ever get preachy about. I'm also interested in fashion. My dream job would be a buyer for a high end boutique/department store. Like Barneys. I love clothes.

I love learning and school. I kind of want to stay in school forever if I can't be a buyer lol. History greatly interests me, I'm not much of a science or math fan.

I'm not a very private person at all. I don't see the point of keeping secrets about yourself. If someone asks me a question about myself, I answer them. I never say "ITS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS" (unless they're getting judgmental about personal choices).

I also always have a boyfriend or at least a male romantic companion. I feel depressed unless I have one. I greatly fear never marrying and living alone and just being lonely.
