On a hunch, I checked to see if he had any significant transneptunian natal aspects to
personal planets...especially Venus.
I only looked at the big ones which are the dwarf planets/Plutoids and dwarf planet/Plutoid candidatesThese are energies so metaphysical that there can problems on the physical plane. In this case, serious psychological problems.
I only looked at the hard ptolemaic aspects with only 3 degree orb
His Venus-Neptune in Scorpio trine Mars in Cancer sextile Pluto in Virgo doesn't look like problems with lovelife
dwarf planet/Plutoid, Makemake (named after Rapanui Creation/Fertility God) is in 4'06 Leo,and so that squares his Venus.
Venus square a Plutoid would indicate the love nature/relating being so metaphysical that there can be problems on the physical plane. In this case, serious psychological problems that manifested into murder and suicide.
according to Philip Sedgwick, negative keywords for Makemake:
Negative: Cunning and verbally manipulative. Double talk. Diversion of facts. Declaring false findings (laying an egg, so to speak). Taking flight to avoid consequence. Hiding as a coping skill. Reckless. Disregard for safety of the home. Self-serving.
His Venus oppose/conjunct the heliocentric Eris Nodes in 5'20 Taurus/Scorpio . This could indicate his love nature/relating is connected to collective controversy, bigotry, ideology, discord
negative Eris keywords according to Philip Sedgwick:
Negative - greed, workaholism, believe that you must take over for God, general sense of being forsaken, condemned or abandoned, lack of spiritual regard for life, superficial, status oriented.
dwarf planet/Plutoid candidate, Sedna (named after Inuit Sea Goddess) is in 27'41 Aries in opposition to his Mercury, and this could indicate the possibility of pathological thoughts, perception of being a victim and abused that can lead. With Mercury in opposition to a Plutoid candidate, the thinking/communiation is so metaphysical that there can be problems on the physical plane. In this case, serious psychological problems involving thought of being a victim, abused.
negative Sedna keywords according to Philip Sedgwick:
Negative - victimization, abuse, being deceived, history of betrayal, bitterness, “gold digging” attitude in relationship, transfers blame to others, numbs out, goes unconscious
also the Mercury-Sedna opposition is on the
heliocentric Chiron Node axis in 28'49 Libra/Aries, and so connected to collective wounds, pain
His Orcus (named after Roman God of Death) is in 9'46 Cancer, and that squares his Sun
this could indicate his ego/self expression in conflict with matters involving oaths, promises, and death matters. With Sun square a Plutoid candidate, his ego is so metaphysical that there can problems on the physical plane. In this case, serious psychological problems leading to death.
negative keywords for Orcus:
Negative: hypocritical, fault finding in the ways of others, blame assigning, ducks responsibility for word and actions, unable to keep promises
Other things of note:
His 2002 AW197 is in 5'28 Cancer, and so it conjuncts his Mars and square his Sun. With a Plutoid/dwarf planet candidate conjunct Mars and square Sun, the passions/assertion and ego/self expression are so metaphysically oriented that there can be problems on the physical plane. In this case, serious psychological problems.
negative keywords for 2002 AW197 according to Philip Sedgwick:
Negative: Greedy, manipulative via monetary means, financially controlling.

I believe that Pluto's fellow transneptunians add more detail, fill in the blanks.

He had strong Transneptunian energy. Philip Sedgwick says that transneptunian objects are intensified evolutionary objects. Therefore, this man had intensified evolutionary lessons/experiences which he couldn't handle.

“It is absolutely the perfect name,” Dr. Brown said, given the continuing discord among astronomers and the public over whether Pluto should have retained its planetary status.
In mythology, Eris ignited discord that led to the Trojan War.
“She causes strife by causing arguments among men, by making them think their opinions are right and everyone else’s is wrong,” Dr. Brown said. “It really is just perfect.”
