thanks downtomars,
here is something that I typed up back in 2007.
It was about Eris and Geocentric Eris Node aspects during the first televising of Roots.
ROOTS
I was watching the first Roots miniseries for the first time since I was 11 years old.
I couldn't help thinking about how the first delivery of African slave in English North America in August 1619 occurred when Eris was in the early 11 degrees of Gemini and that the Sabian Symbol for 12 degree Gemini is A Black Slave-Girl Demands Her Rights of Her Mistresss with keywords:
like rising above conditioning. Standing up for one's self. Demanding better treatment. Seeking recognition and self-respect. Being in charge of one's life. Breaking away from oppression. Wanting a raise in pay or conditions. The need for freedom. Desiring property and rewards. Rising up from an "underdog" position or situation. The quest for identity.
All those aforementioned things is what Roots was all about. It made me wonder what Eris was doing during the times that the Roots miniseries were first televised and the publication of the book,Roots. I do believe that equal rights, civil rights issues fits in with Eris.
Roots is a 1977 American television miniseries based on Alex Haley's work Roots.
It was about the ancestors of Alex Haley from all the way back to Kunta Kinte who was captured and made a slave.
The series American actors at all levels of experience. The program introduced LeVar Burton in the role of Kunta Kinte. It also starred Louis Gossett Jr. as Fiddler.

“It is absolutely the perfect name,” Dr. Brown said, given the continuing discord among astronomers and the public over whether Pluto should have retained its planetary status.
In mythology, Eris ignited discord that led to the Trojan War.
“She causes strife by causing arguments among men, by making them think their opinions are right and everyone else’s is wrong,” Dr. Brown said. “It really is just perfect.”
