Why is it that some people seem to be victims of jealousy?
Do they have something in their chart that triggers these reactions from other people.

for example, a friend of mine is a beautiful, intelligent, sweet girl. But everyone talks about her, because theyre jealous but they like to be around her too.

in my life, i have had this problem aswell.
it seems people (only females) give me a hard time, but i know its because of envy. i can see it in their eyes (figuratively speaking)

if a person is respectful and kind to everyone, then why is it some people are intentionally mean and trying to make that person feel less than just because they have their own insecurities.

So which is it?

The "victims" chart or aspects that tirgger this?
Or the "bully's" chart?

is it a t square? what are the specifics of that combo. if jupiter and saturn are in tension and that is affecting venus, i think it would point more to a dynamic of optimism/pessimism/optimism/etc. affecting a woman's self worth (venus) and possibly the internal revolutions playing out from other's reactions, if it's an opposition? i'm better with looking at the chart. but in general with oppositions the tension is normally experienced out there meaning a person is mirroring something about you to yourself that you're not owning, squares are an internal tension where you think the other may be responding in a tense way but you're not sure if it's your tension or theirs and its common to think the problem is with you thus you act in ways to attract that negative manifestation of energy whereas with a different frame of mind the whole situation could have been circumvented, conjunction is tough to interpret but the energies are merged, they act with each other not merely alongside, think conjoined twins

Hm... I did know a girl who had this problem as well. She got a lot of male attention... it was pretty phenomenal actually. They would literally follow her like lost puppies, no matter what their age. She wasn't particularly beautiful either... she had a cute charm I suppose. I really couldn't see what the fuss was about and neither could other females.

A lot of women (myself included, but I got over it pretty quickly when I realized it) were jealous of her, felt she was an attention seeking hussy basically. It was funny how girls would get together and just rip on her out of jealousy. Kinda sad, too... the self-righteousness of it. She has a big heart, too.

I don't have her birth time, but she has her venus conjunct mercury in scorpio, trine jupiter in pisces. Mars in aquarius square pluto, sun in libra sextile uranus. wish I could tell where her moon was, possibly in pisces. Saturn is square jupiter and sextile mars.

Be careful, sometimes we might think that it's the other person's problem to be jealous of us, but how we handle other people's jealousy can actually affect how things goes too. In other words, sometimes people don't realize that they too are responsible for how a jealousy situation gets bad.

Jealousy is normal, but if the other person isn't being evil then just don't take it too seriously. Be understanding for others too.

The natal chart of a bully who may be jealous of a few people will have the aspect natally, and less so, transits too.
Similar for the victim, although it doesnt happen to all on a regular basis. Transits again.

Jealousy can mean you like and want something, normaly about a person. What others have is house 8 (their house 2 - possesions)
Pluto gets another bad rep, yet seems just to use Pluto.

Why they do it?
I dont think its just people with less material things that do this.

right.

some people are very acquisitive and can't get enough. they want yours simply for the fact that you have it and they don't, just to take it away from you, nevermind the fact that they could easily acquire it by other means (attention, money, possessions, etc.).
