Sorry, I guess there is too much water with your Mercury in Pisces and my strong Neptune and Draco stellium in Pisces. Did I already answer your question? Yes? No? Cant remember.
OOOKay, I think 3:41 p.m. was the rectified time of the natal of someone who is born on 7th february 1972 in Los Angeles.
Everything unclear again? Muddy waters?
Why are we doing this? Good question. Why are we doing anything at all? Why are we even here?
I think we can conclude that the calculations work. Yet the question remains: is the starting premise valid?
Is it true, that in all cases there is this exchange of Moon and ASC between conception date and birth?

Thanks, pire, and thanks for the suggestion of becoming a teacher. I will tell the principal of my school that he employed me as a teacher rightfully. (that was a very complicate way of saying: Yes, indeed, I am a teacher, even though not for astrology) IP: Logged |

With this calculation, my Ascendant becomes 9'01 Leo. My Neptune, Pluto, Chiron and T. Node change their house positions and their new positions totally make sense to me. Even the Sabian Symbol of my new Ascendant makes sense! 10š Leo (130): EARLY MORNING DEW. I think I need to discuss this with iQ. (According to iQ's rectification, my Ascendant is 1.2 Leo.)IP: Logged |

Songwriter,I asked IQ in the question thread what he thinks of that method. I donīt like my new Sabian for my ASC though.
"There is a great display of color coming and going in a large concourse of people; it is a cricket game." I donīt understand that. The one before this one makes more sense to me though: "An owl is gravely perched high and deep in the shade of an old landmark of a tree, solitary on a point of land." (when I read that, I was instantly thinking: That is me.)

I also wonder what he'll say about this rectification technique, DD.Here is info for your new Ascendant's Sabian Symbol: "A game of cricket" is an image of an open-air game, the crux of which rests upon goal stakes at which one bowls. Consolidated in England, "cricket" has spread to territories formerly under British rule, hence a commonwhealth theme born out of the imperial ambitions of the past. The game itself has its own rules that, when now followed, give rise to the expression "not cricket": not fair or sporting. Contending with difficult conditions, such as soggy, rain-soaked grounds, makes fielding a hit ball awkward matter or a sticky wicket, a situation calling for delicate handling. The Sabian Symbols & Astrological Analysis - Blain Bovee PHASE 246 (SAGITTARIUS 6°): A GAME OF CRICKET. KEYNOTE: The development of skill in group-situations testing collective goals. Any society is built on the interplay between groups of people, each group united by an at least temporary aim. The individual person within the group is assigned a particular role in the play; and definite rules have to be obeyed. The game teaches not only personal skill, but fairness and cooperation. Where this symbol is found, the value of making individual-will or ego-will subservient to collective cultural patterns is emphasized. Several symbols belonging to Scene Seventeen (Sagittarius) relate to games or group rituals, because these are "ab-stracted" from everyday social behavior and used as educative means to develop group-consciousness and an individual sense- of responsibility to the group. This is the first symbol of the fiftieth five-fold sequence. It refers to the importance of developing GROUP SOLIDARITY. An Astrological Mandala - Dane Rudhyar IP: Logged |

Thank you for that interpretation.Well, I am pretty hesitant about that one. On one hand I see the importance and the significance in my life of group vs. individual, but as a matter of fact I never really fit into any groups at all. I keep a bit suspious of large groups of people.
