this specific transit has been on my mind too

Tr Pluto is now 5 degrees away from my IC.it will only hit it in the begginings of year 2011.

ive looked at my family member´s chart when the Pluto hit the IC?for my twin sister and my mother it meant the death of a family member:my grandmother...

but i guess that is not always the case,i do hope so !

i think that you have to look at your whole chart with transits and try to see a pattern there.

for example:

when Tr Pluto will hit my IC:

Tr Uranus will cj my DSC
stellium of venus/merc/mars/jup will in 7th
saturn will be transiting my 1st,cj my antiVX

what this does this show right away?
a pattern not relating to death but to relationships.
uranus will mean a sudden change maybe a committment,or moving torwards a change from single to married?pluto n the IC also stands for changing house.
saturn in 1st adds responsability and the stellium says i will be focused on committed relatiosnhips.

now..let me see some asteroids working

i chosed the love/committment ones to see if the pattern appears again...?

so...by this pattern you cann see that probably it will not mean something bad. probaby it will be a commitment!

Firstly in regards to death my neighbours on both sides of my mums house passed away same day and so did my oldest aunty within weeks of each other. It was conjunct my neptune as it went over and both neighbours died from alcohol and my aunty died from cancer.. all neptune related i guess.

During this time i suffered from panic attacks but it was so severe that i couldnt work or even live. I was so messed up and freaked out i could swear that when i looked around it was literally DARK. I was petrified of everything and went overseas to cure myself only after 2 and a half years of already suffering. At the end of the transit i went to sort out issues with my dad and family and did get to the bottom of the fact that my dad does love me, unlike what my mum brainwashed me and my brother with, i remembered past actions that i had chosen to forget and started to remember my childhood as it really was.

Only after 7 long months in turkey in 2007 i stopped suffering from those panic attacks that almost made me wanna take my own life and am now back to normal life where i dont have anxiety anymore.

What alos did happen was that it has been almost 3 yrs and i havent moved back to my mums house ever again i now live with my grandma i guess i permanantly got that home out of my life that caused me to go crazy and get depressed. Now i know it was traumatic but im already starting to forget everything like it never happened.

During that transit i had saturn pass my 12th house and at the endof it i completed it with a lovely trine transit from uranus to my sun and chart ruler mercury and picked myself up.

but the best thing is that now you are happy isnt it?

i also suffered from pannic attacks awhile ago,when i first entered college.it was awful every time i had those and there were moments when that anxiety made me become very isolated.i didnt wanted to have a social life cause it freaked me out!!

it never came to the degree of not wanting to live,as i really want life and be happy.slowly i mentalized myself,started to work on my issues,went into the lOA thing and now i dont have those attacks since at least 3 years.

Interesting, i have been wanting to "go home" all year... i remember a few years ago, i noticed that Pluto would be going over my IC, but I have really put astrology on the backburner for the last year or two and 2010 just kind of crept up on me... so I "planned" to leave the city I currently live in to return to my country of origin... and it is all happening at the time that Pluto will be exact on my IC!!! Isn't that amazing???

The other issues drawing me home, is that my grandparents are both approaching their 90s and i want to spend time with them before they pass. It did occur to me that Pluto transiting the IC could mean the death of a family member and that really scares and upsets me.

I also have the Moon at 10 of Capricorn, so within a year or two, i will experience Pluto going over my Moon

I'm scared!

My life is also in a state of ambiguity, because I'm really n ot happt anymore wher I'm currently living (another "home" issue, notice that?) and i neede to change it. I do want to spend time with my family and I'm planning to be there at least 6 months until I figure out what my next move will be.

Belgz... I am so sorry you had such an awful time with Pluto transiting your 4th!!! AARRGGHH!!! I have a 1st house Pluto, however I have Scorpio on my 2nd house cusp. I think I should go and study what other transits and influences I will be experiencing concurrently with Pluto going over my IC to get a better idea of what to expect.

Pluto will be exactly conjunct my IC right before my birthday (Jan 26th/4 Capricorn).

THEN, it will go retrograde for most of the year and hit my IC again in early December 2010! Yay!

Pluto won't be done with me until early 2014, when it finally goes over and past my moon. No more hovering and retrograding over 10 of Capricorn.

At the same time my progressed ascendant was changing to scorpio.

Oh and 3 deg b4 it touched my IC it was opposing my moon my mum became a nutcase and i kept having to move when shed take drugs and tell me to leave her house. She called the police on me at least 50times that year.
Pluto was also exactly opposite my mums sun.

I hope it helps u rather than destroying u, like it did me!
