In equal and campanus house systems I have neptune and the moon in the 8th house(not conjunct). In koch and placidus house systems I have neptune only. I'm a taurus rising so I have sag on the 8th cusp. I'm from a fairly wealthy family and one day "probably" due to inherit some wealth from 2 different sources, but there are also some problems in the family with greed, theft, and dishonesty. I know neptune sometimes dissolves what it touches and usually leads to disapointment, it can also indicate loss through fraud and deceit. But the moon in 8th can indicate money gained through a woman, which makes sense in my case as my mother, who controls most of the money, favors me greatly over my sister. I'm wondering about other people's takes on planets located here and how they can affect inheritance and "other peoples" money?

In my Natal chart I have Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto in the 8th. I have a fairly sizable inheritance/trust fund - I would definitely attribute that to Jupiter in the 8th. Uranus and Pluto in the 8th have very different manifestations, at least for me.

hmmm
i have no planets in 8th and it's ruled by saturn.

I have wealth from both sides of my family. No idea where it shows in my chart though!

I have an 8th house Moon. My mother re-married when I was 14, my stepdad is an only child and can't have children of his own. As a result of this, I have been told that I am in line to inherit a decent whack of money from my step grandparents. Nice.

I have an empty 8th house, but the cusp is in Capricorn with Saturn in my 7th (4th from the 4th), conjunct my DSC. I got a small inheritance from my grandmother who died when I was 14.

Does anyone have Jupiter in the 2nd house? I have read that Jupiter there also signifies abundance, wealth, family money, good fortune in money matters, etc.

ive never looked at other´s house systems before...dont really know what is the one more appropriated too...?

inplacidus i have moon in my 8th in taurus.
it only makes wide aspects:trine merc8,square venus6,opose jup10.

in Kock i have quiron there with moon.and jup passes into my 2nd.

im not from an wealthy family.you said moon there is about inheritances from women?i can only think of my Mom but i really dont want to think about it...makes me think about death and definatelly i dont want any inheritance when she goes...gosh i even feel the need to cry when i think of it!

i dont think that planets there means always inheritance...8th is also about sexuality and joined taxes ect ect

My mom has jupiter in the 2nd and she has been Very lucky in money. She married my dad right after she got her bacholers degree at 22 and has never had to work a day in her life. She came from a very poor family and my dad a wealthy one, now even though she's had all her needs and wants taken care of all these years(35+ yrs)she still constantly worries about money. Being poor left deep scars and fear inside of her involving money. Obviously she has a lot of heavy cappy/saturn energy in her chart.
I've been reading articles and supposedly the 8th house also rules land and thats the main thing I'm worried about. A particular piece of property is what I want in my inheritance, but don't know if I'll get.

I have Sun and Jupiter in Cap in the 8th. No inheritance yet, and I'm not sure of any prospects either.

I don't know about the idea that any planet in the 8th equals getting an inheritance.

Eighth house is "other people's" money...you could marry into it, or it comes to you from an inheritance, insurance, etc.

I have jupiter in the 2nd and the only luck I really seem to have is finding jobs pretty easily (knock on wood)
I have pluto in the 8th house and I come from a poorish family..so not sure exactly what I will inherit.
I also have sun trine saturn and I believe its this aspect that will help most activated my jupiter in the 2nd.

I have Sun, Mercury, Uranus, Jupiter and Venus in the 8th House.

At the age of 37, I inherited a chunk of money from my father's estate that was enough to buy a third of a nice apartment in NY. Since I am an only child, I probably stand to inherit much of my mother's property when she dies, but that's a long time away, I'm sure.

There's a certain financial comfort in my life, but certainly not a sense of neverending funds.

I have jupiter in sag in 2nd its conjunct uranus.

Money rains out of the sky when i need it. But i dont go after it if i dont need it on something major or special.

I have Moon/Venus in the eighth, and members of my family are always giving me things, or trying to help me out, when I need it. I don't know of any inheritance coming my way, though.

I have an empty 8th house. Pisces is the ruler in the 5th. So I guess I'll inherit from my son now. Although I do know several Pisces' who are generous with their money if I need it. Also they bring a spiritual quality as well.

i have venus in 8th with most house systems. it is loosely trine jupiter in 12, conjunct ceres...i did inherit some money about 14 years ago, not a huge amount but as pluto passed through house 10 and squared my moon...enough to relocate, resettle, get professional qualification papers and start a new life...all gone now though!

I have a Mars -Jupiter conjunction in 8th. Mars is ruler of my 1st and 6th and Jupiter ruler of my-2nd!

Howewer, I don't see even a hint of an inheritance nor do I expect it ( or want it ). I'd prefer to make my own fortune

I have Sun/Venus in the Eigth. I did get a medium sized inheritance around 9 years ago. But of course, I bought a car, paid bills, etc...and it's gone.

However, my Father refused to pay child support when I was a kid for me or my brothers. My Mom was too scared of him to take it to court.

After that for many years, he worked at a Nuclear power plant in NJ, making mad cash, working tons of O.T. He used that to buy properties, stocks, etc... and he lives VERY frugally. He still wears the same jacket he wore when I was a kid!!!

Anyway, all that money and extras goes to us kids. He told me recently that he thought if he paid child support my Mom would have partied it away or spent it on herself. I dunno. But I'm glad that I will have some sort of a future! Though, I don't wanna lose my Daddy! (Daddy's Girl.)
